This location has gone downhill. Consistently long waits, consistently meh food. Sometimes you’ll get a good order but it’s very hit or miss. The people that work here are generally very nice, but some of the younger people they hire don’t seem to care.

Never under any circumstance come to this location past like 6pm. As you can see I order a large coke and large mocha frappe and got a large sweet tea and a large Carmel frappe. This is after I had to correct the cranky old lady at the window about the frappe being a small instead of a large. Tried to show her the receipt and she wasn’t haven’t it. Didn’t realize till I get home this is what she gave me.

I ordered a chicken sandwich it was delivered to my table and the service is great and the place was nice had been rebuilt and The fishnet on the seats LED character the chicken however was slightly stringy. It felt not of good quality edible, reasonable Cooked well crispy but nonetheless of b quality. This McDonald’s is an absolute joke, dont even waste your time coming here. They will have you waiting in a line at 5am “opening drive through time” and nobody will answer the intercom. Waited 20min for no one to even be working inside or for them to tell us they wouldn’t be open on time. Food isnt fresh and taste terrible. Go down the street to another one worth your time.

If I could give this review zero stars I would. The drive thru personnel the night we visited were rude and impersonal and we wasted money on terrible food and even worse service. We ordered lemonade and were advised against ordering lemonade, being told the machine is filthy and has not been cleaned in awhile (per the employee taking our order). The food was cold, fries were old and rubbery, all of the buns were mushy and wet. Literally wet. They did not get our order right, despite repeating it to them multiple times. We had a special order burger and they were irritated with us that they had to make it. The drive thru employee was talking under her breath repeatedly, griping about everything, and she was hateful when she passed us our order. This is a location I will never return to, and I advise others not to visit this location either.

Had to wait 15mins+ for a SINGLE McDouble without two items, had remade it the first time came back with so much ketchup, second time was onions which I requested none, third time was handed out to a customer that was meant to be handed out to me, then here’s the forth special from these ridiculous employees, rather talk about THC dab pens, then rather take care of customer service.

Drive thru service has gotten pretty bad. Placed an order via the app and it wasn’t ready, was asked to pull over to a parking space for my food to be brought out, waited 15 minutes and had to call and tell them I was still there. Next time, placed an order for three McFlurrys, waited 8 minutes only to have to hear the young boy at the window cursing to himself and then I had to ask for a carrier when he tried handing them all to me without one. They were so messy with everything all over the sides, they had to be cleaned off before anyone could hold them and then found the Oreo crumbs were only on the top, only vanilla ice cream underneath. Was not the standard whatsoever. Not worth the aggravation to go there anymore.

Tried to order two coffees first time I got two unsweet iced teas the second time I got 2 large cokes and a large fry. From the reviews the owner needs to replace his or her staff. Don’t go to this location. Also on the 3rd time the order was just refunded.
