Wow, almost an amazing experience!
The dessert was great and very well-balanced with chocolate. The kitchen did a great job, but the service felt like it lacked care after the food was served. The starters were good, but the main dish we ordered, Fettuccine Alfredo, was cooked perfectly al dente, but the sauce was very floury and did not taste good becauseofthat. The restroom were dirty, similar to a nightclub, toilet paper everywhere and a bad smell.

The food was outstanding, perhaps the best I’ve experienced at a Cheesecake Factory. However, the ambient temperature at the location was uncomfortably low. At 7 pm in December, with a temperature of 55 degrees, I asked a server if the temperature was consistently this low, and they replied affirmatively, stating that they were accustomed to it. As I was not a regular patron, I would not return until the spring or summer season.

I need to share my frustration about my recent visit. I went in Wednesday night February 12. When I walked up to the counter because I wanted to place a to go order. The short girl with the eyebrow piercing at the register looks at me and doesn’t greet me she just continues to be on her phone. I think she was clearly supposed to take my order but she just looked straight at me and chose to ignore me instead of doing their job. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing just plain rude behavior while I stood there waiting.

Thankfully another employee stepped in and helped me and I want to specifically compliment them for their professionalism. They were attentive, polite and made the ordering process smooth, which I truly appreciated. But the first employee’s attitude was unacceptable and not the level of customer service anyone should receive.

That being said, I do want to give credit where it’s due the food itself was excellent. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly well-prepared, and I genuinely enjoyed my meal. The quality of the food definitely helped redeem the experience. I hope the service issue can be addressed, because the food is great and deserves to be matched by equally great customer service.

Arrived at 12:30 pm on Mother’s day. Lots of people waiting but seated in 20 min. Food was tasty and good portions too. Fresh squeezed OJ. Our server was on it despite the heavy crowd. My son loved his cinnamon pancakes which tasted like a churro. Brunch until 2:00 on Sat & Sun.

I was very disappointed in the service from the front desk. I was told it would be a 20 min, wait, which was fine. BUT!!! When they texted me to let me know that my table was ready, i went and waited by the wall. I waited for almost 20 min., apparently i was supposed to let them know i got the text. Nobody told me that. Even after telling them i got the text, they took another 3 to 4 groups behind me first. It was very rude of them, they could see that i had been waiting there for awhile. My Salmon dish i ordered, was supposed to come with vegetables. I had about 20 tiny edamame, the rice was lukewarm. The only hot thing was the salmon. I had no issues with the waiter, he was fine.

After a fun night with family we decided to end it at cheesecake factory to celebrate. My cousins tried to order of the kids menu and where told you have to be 10 and younger. Although my cousin was 10 she was embarrassed and looked at me to handle situation. I let Ashley our server know that will just order of the adults then since we didnt want to have a scene created and had the rest of them order off adult menu. My cousin was embarrassed the rest of the night. I even asked the front before being seated that if they were okay to have kids menus and they said yes, they are of age. Of course, they didnt say to the other girls just her. Girls these days are just looking older due to the trends of make up and other facial products and clothes were simple with little jewlery, so i dont know why she told her that and should have been directed towards the adult not the child.
The service was lacking from then on. We saw her a 3 times and I had to ask for refill on kids water. We had reservations at 5:30 and didnt leave till 7:15 waiting for service and for our check and change. It was an experience, unfortunately a bad one.

Me and my family went there to go to a birthday dinner for my sister. We had this waitress, and she was very rude and disrespectful. We got our food an hour after we ordered it. And the people behind us got it before us. Even though we ordered before them, she was rude. She didn’t even take our dirty plates until the last minute she didn’t offer to fill up her drinks, she was dismissive and disrespectful and came back with our food. Cold like two dishes were warm and didn’t Give us enough butter for our table, overall cheesecake is a great place.But this service was not great.And this work was very rude and disrespectful.

There were 10 of us all ordering different things with separate checks. Everything was served at the right time with the right temperature and the right condiments. Our waitress was perfect! Never got flustered and managed everything with precision and kindness. That tends to be rare these days. I was very grateful. She added some sparkle to our holiday lunch. Thank you!

I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. While the service from José was excellent, the food did not meet expectations. I ordered the vegan Cobb salad, which cost $20, but it was mostly brown rice and lettuce. Key ingredients like asparagus, almonds, and toasted pepitas were missing, and there were only two tiny pieces of green beans. On top of that, the salad lacked dressing, making it even more underwhelming. I’ve had this salad at other locations, and it has always been delicious, so this was a major letdown.

I also tried the new Old Fashioned drink, but it was overwhelmingly sweet and poorly balanced. To make matters worse, another server accidentally dropped my food, and no one checked in or asked if everything was okay. Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations, and I won’t be returning to this location.
