This place is a hidden gem. Incredible service, Camila was our server super nice and attentive! The food is amazing and the prices are fair, the sizes of the tacos are filling and they even have a little self serve sauce bar not to mention an actual bar! Great pricing, great quality and great service. Definitely recommend 10/10

I’m writing this review based on a very disappointing experience. On a Friday around 5:00 p.m., I called this restaurant to place a pickup order for my family. The person who answered the phone stated they did not speak English and then hung up. I called back two additional times and politely asked if there was someone available who could speak English or help translate. Each time, no response was given and the call was disconnected.
I understand language barriers can exist, but repeatedly hanging up instead of attempting to assist or redirect the call shows a lack of basic customer service and communication. Because of this experience, I chose not to place an order. If a business cannot communicate with its customers, it raises concerns about how customers may be treated overall.

Our waitress who was standing at the front when we arrived seemed to already be annoyed with us the second we walked in. I had high hopes for this place but didn’t realize it would be a requirement to know Spanish for good service. She misunderstood us ordering a chorizo taco which came out as chicharron. She then proceeded to sit at a table talking the majority of our dining experience so I had to go and interrupt their conversation to get the taco corrected. I didn’t want to have to get up again for a refill so ended up stopping another server for a water. Very poor service and attitude.

The cashier’s service was terrible. I came in to place a takeout order, and she seemed busy and had a very bad attitude. She was even talking to one of her coworkers, saying that all the rags smelled awful she was clearly in a bad mood. When I asked for the price of a dozen tamales, she mocked me, sighed in frustration, and then told me the price. When I paid, she didn’t even tell me that my order was being prepared or that I needed to wait a few minutes — she just walked away and left me standing there.

The service was excellent!! Lina was very nice, attentive, and fun. It was my sister’s birthday and we chose to eat here. It was our first time and the food was excellent and atmosphere was also. We will be back to FL to eat here again.

Im in town for a work trip. The food is so good I came twice. Michelle was my server, she was awesome and checked on me alot to make sure I didnt need anything. I will definitely be coming back next time im im town.
