Bob Evans in Gaylord Michigan, perfect comfort meal on a cold rainy night. The pot roast was very delicious, mashed potatoes, cooked carrots, and dinner rolls. Prior to the meal the cup of chicken noodle soup was the perfect starter.

I am obsessed w the lemon sole and the butter. I love the butter with the banana bread. Overall good breakfast and dinner. I never eat sandwiches here so I cannot tell you how it is. But I just love the lemon sole and that’s what I order every single time. The weekend chef cooks the sole better than the weekday chef. My family loved their food too.

I ordered the slow roasted turkey dinner and chose banana bread instead of the dinner rolls and really enjoyed it. Turkey was a good portion and the stuffing was moist and seasoned well. The banana bread was baked to perfection!
My only complaint was the service but no fault to our server. The place seemed undermanned therefore things took longer than I expected.

We needed lunch on our way home from the Soo, and Bob Evans is one is our favorites. This one doesn’t disappoint! It’s quite spacious, more seating than we usually see. The restaurant is clean.
Our waitress was quick and efficient, friendly. The food was excellent.

Great server, but filthy restaurant. Don’t sit in the booths because the dust on all the lights over the booths are disgusting. There was crumbs and dirt in the booth and rips in the seats. It honestly looked like it hasn’t ever been cleaned. First and last time I’ll visit that location, I don’t even want to imagine how dirty the kitchen is if that’s how that they upkeep the main restaurant.

The food was great. The service wasn’t so great. My friend had 4 eyelashes in his food, he kinda just wiped them off and continued eating. He told the waitress in the nicest way possible so she was aware of it so it doesn’t happen again to someone else. She was very rude about it, and all she said “where are they?” And he said he just kinda wiped them off, and she said “Okay” and walked away. Not even an apology. For the rest of the time, she never came back to the table to ask us for boxes, or even to take up the bill for us. The restaurant was empty btw. We were also getting a lot of rude glares from some of the staff as well after he said that. I overheard the waitress saying she doesn’t believe us. As a former waitress, I was shocked.

Food was great! Everything ordered was really good. Highly recommended the food. Now for the not so good. We arrived at 8pm on sat feb 4th. We placed our order and all seemed well. Our food came out in spurts. We had a few plates here and there of the meal and the waitress kept saying it’s almost done and I’ll bring the rest out soon. None of us were able to eat together. What topped it off was when the waitress said that’s a lot of work for 3.37 an hour when we asked for a refill and some Mayo.
We had to go up to the counter to get the Mayo and the waitress asked if we could take the other two plates out when we headed back. We had a group of 6 and I didn’t want to involve the manager at the time in order to not ruin our night. It’s been a while since I’ve seen service this poor. Person paying left obligated tip but personally would have adjusted slightly.

Came in with a funeral party. Was ignored by waitress when it came to refills coffee. Ordered sooner than other tables around me. Got food and other tables we’re almost to the dessert by the time we got our food And it was cold. Had to ask for service.
