All right so it started off not so great. I put in an order this morning about 8:40 a.m. and then sat in my car for a pickup order for 50 minutes. A worker had just coming to work to start his shift. By the time I hir about the 40 minute Mark within 10 minutes he brings me my order. Greatly apologizes for it and ensured that my food arrived hot and in perfect condition. I will say originally I was going to leave a negative review but this one gentleman who came out and brought my food change the whole vibe quite honestly, I’m definitely going to be coming back specifically because of him as I was getting ready to be irate but this young man came out and shifted my whole mood. He was very apologetic but not only was he apologetic as he only apologized twice, but he took full responsibility for it despite him only just coming into work. That shows a content of character that I find very rare nowadays. I deeply respect this man and I hope he gets treated appropriately in the future.

Looked up hours online and says its 24hrs.
Put in 2 online orders, but when I pulled up to drive thru was told over speaker that they were closed. I told him that I had a mobile order and he tells me I can go on app to cancel.
All lights were on, board lit up, and it was 1058 when I pulled up to speaker.
Store hours not matching online and if they were closed then mobile orders should have been turned off.

The worst McDonald’s ever. Every time I come in here my wait over 40 minutes for food. They always seem to be under staff in the staff that they have is under concernd This is my neighborhood, McDonald’s and my kids often want McDonald’s so it’s hard to avoid. Hey guys!! I have been to this location several times! I’ve only done the drive-thru. They were okay when they first opened and now they are extremely slow! I ordered a double cheeseburger and the McChicken sandwiches! The chicken sandwiches have kind of gone downhill with flavor And of course have went up in pricing!! I’m really not a McDonald’s fan but, when I ever do go, I go to this location. The customer service was good they are just slow and the food just isn’t the same as it once was.

All I ordered was a filet o fish with no tartar sauce and a stupid fry and they couldn’t even get that right. It took an hour almost for my whole order to arrive and the fries were cold and stale. And the sandwich had tartar sauce with the sticker on the bag “No TARTAR SAUCE”. Pissed

Why does it say 24 hours when it’s not 24 hours. As someone who works late it would be appreciated if the correct hours were posted so I did not waste my time and gas. Not to mention them serving me raw chicken sandwiches like 2 weeks ago. Please up date your hours
