We had so much fun at the pizza ranch this afternoon!! The food of course is always good, the staff was so so so nice and helpful in the new fun zone. My kids and I had a blast playing arcade games!!

We reserved the party room for a family gathering at 2pm on a Sunday. I was concerned that the buffet would not be kept well stocked at such an “off” time, but I’m happy to say the staff kept an excellent variety of hot pizza offerings on the buffet throughout our entire experience. The buffet was also kept very clean. The chicken is usually too salty for me, but I scraped off the coating of a chicken thigh, and it wasn’t too bad. It was fresh and hot. The salad bar offered a nice variety of toppings. The parking lot is wonky because of the construction of the arcade, but I’m told that should be completed in January 2026.

Been here two times now after never eating at a Pizza Ranch. Got to say I was skeptical being I’m a pretty picky eater ha! But the pizza, chicken, desserts and service were great. Very kind staff as well. Would definitely recommend!

One of the members on the staff team had come up to me and tried to take the food I was eating directly off of the plate I was eating from and then had 3 other workers vouch that she was innocent when I went to complain as well as the fact that dirt was everywhere with even the plates being dirty. Overall a horrible experience that I would not recommend to anyone. From a place that I used to love I expect better in every way, please learn from this Pizza Ranch.

My wife loves pizza ranch in general. This is the only one ive ever been to that they will not make the ranch chips if their not on tbe buffet. We go there for the chicken and things not the pizza in general

Not far from convention center. Buffet style BUT you get to order what kind of pizza, style of crust before heading to the buffet. Whatever pizza you dont eat goes on the buffet. Fried chicken made in clean grease. Perfect golden crisp. 2 kinds of salad, Italian style with romaine, and iceberg with purple cabbage. Full salad bar area.
Shout out to the staff! They did a pristine job of cleaning up, especially on the salad bar.

So not what this use to play. The food was old, pizza undergone, doey, nothing had any flavor. Pasta was hard, crunchy. Salad bar wasn’t fresh weird Taste on salad. No service. But they want a tip to pay.

The only issue I had was with a cashier who didn’t want to give me a receipt. To be fair, it had been about 25 minutes after I’d already sat down and eaten when I asked for it, so I understand, but his attitude came off a bit bothered, which wasn’t really necessary. Other than that, everything was great Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get my rewards because of that.

Orded delivery, was supposed to arrive by 6:30, was told it was picked up at 6:35 Then we called at 6:50pm was told in fact it was still there. At that time the manager told us their own driver would be delivering it. Got our food at 7pm they said it was made fresh but it was clearly redipped in the grease. Was not good at all. And they forgot out salad. We called back they said they would come back with it it’s 7:35 and we’re still waiting for it. This is my first and more than likely my last experience with pizza ranch. This cost us $50 and we’re missing a part of the order.
