Went there for some sweet ice cream treats. Got the Snickerdoodle crunch Frosty treat and the Oreo Brownie Frosty treat. They were delicious! We also got the $8 JBC meal- 2 burgers, fries and a soft drink. Great deal! Burgers and fries were great!

Honestly the atmosphere inside is SO BLAND and completely lacks any warmth. I however go for the $5, or $8 Biggie Bag deals. Ive learned to ask them to make the sandwiches without sauce on them and haven’t had a problem with them being soggy and inedible since. Thank God because that is a great deal in this economy and late at night when everything is closed. Service is usually fast as well.

I made a pick-up order online. I went thru the drive thru. Over the speaker, I was told to pull up, past the cars in front of me, and come to the window. I asked, “You want me to pull up and come to the window?” He sounded annoyed and said “Yes”. There was a steady stream of cars pulling up close to the window to pick up orders. It wasnt safe to walk up to the window and it would’ve been impossible to maneuver my vehicle to pull up next to the window. I waited inside my vehicle, in plain sight to the employee who told me to pull up, thinking it would be brought out to me. Finally I walked up after one car left before another pulled up. Inside, there was no one insight. It started raining hard. The next driver pulled up, barely missing me, and yelled at me for standing there. I went inside the side door then waited behind other customers getting their food. I finally got my order. I see absolutely no benefit to ordering online when I could’ve just ordered thru the drive-thru with far less trouble. No one should ever be told to walk up to the window. There should be someone to deliver online orders to the customer’s vehicle. These employees need better customer service training and a better way to deliver online pick up orders.

Food was messy but good for the most part. Fountain machine was unfortunately not working. Chili is not as good as before but decent. Burgers and fries were very tasty. The dark haired, male manager at the windows talks like crap to his employees. I was shocked listening to his berating. Ridiculous!

This location is on the Seawall, and they have outside seating. If the weather is nice you can enjoy your meal outside. If it’s too hot you can eat inside and be comfortable. I’m not gonna tell you anything new that you don’t already know about Wendy’s. I can tell you that their French fries are great, I didn’t expect them to be so good. This place is clean and well taken care of. The staff is friendly. My food came out fast, and everything was fresh. I don’t eat at a lot of burger chains, but I would come back to this one because it’s so clean, and the team does a great job of taking care of their customers. If you’re looking for a good quick meal or duck in for a moment and a frosty, I definitely recommend this one.

I’ve been eating at this Wendy’s for over 20 years. It’s a great Wendy’s. I had one experience where I had one fewer nuggets and they rectified it with an entire new order….in 20+ years. The staff has always been exemplary and it’s just about on the beach for atmosphere to boot! I reiterate, it’s a great Wendy’s!
