A wonderful little French restaurant with a truly cozy atmosphere. The food was absolutely excellent. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast there, and the service was very friendly and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome. A perfect place for a relaxed and enjoyable start of the day. Highly recommended!

The reason I leave a negative review here is exclusively the serving size of cappuccino! I had been to “Le Bol” 1.5 year ago and the cappuccino size, aside from the ridiculous idea of serving it in a bowl, was the average expected size you get in most coffee shops. Yesterday, I visited again, only to discover that the cappuccino has been reduced to a shot that costs 5.10€!!! And it is certainly not exceptional coffee to justify that price for that size! Not to mention that the serving in a bowl remains. I feel almost offended that they think they can charge whatever they want and I regret that I did not refuse to accept this coffee sample they gave me. I feel cheated and disrespected and I am never going there again. Also, I suggest they use cups; we get it “Le Bol”, let’s serve everything in bowls, haha… NO! It is impractical and ridiculous!
The atmosphere is fine, nothing super special though. The service is also ok, not friendly, not unfriendly, nothing special. To me it is an overhyped shop anyway, but after yesterday I do not plan to ever set foot in there again.

This is the most ridiculous and tiniest coffee cup I’ve ever seen. They expect you to drink coffee from a tiny, handle-less soup bowl, and it costs €5. I’ve been all over France and never seen a coffee presentation like this. I wonder where this place in Vienna, which calls itself a French café, came up with this idea.

I even asked the waiter if they had a normal cup, and he gave a ridiculous answer like, “This is our normal cup.” Of course, after that response, he didn’t get a tip from anyone at the table.

A cozy Parisian café with a large communal table that’s perfect for sharing, casual meetings, or relaxed catch-ups. The soups are flavorful and comforting, and the sandwiches are fresh, well-balanced, and satisfying.
Remember that they only accept cash!

Good lord this place was horrible.

First off – Cash Only

This place was pretentious as hell, and yet with the quality of the drinks and time it took to be served it had no right to be. Apparently I have to make my own “Hot” chocolate for €6.70.

Essentially, I was given a cold bowl of frothy milk and there is a seperate chocolate bar you are meant to put inside to melt and stir.

The problem being that the cup was cold by the time it got to me that it didn’t melt into the drink . So I had random chunks of chocolate pieces in cold milk. What a joke.

My friend ordered an Espresso but ended up with a weak Cappuccino instead.

The food itself was okay, it wasn’t anything to write home about but I would avoid this place at all costs.

For a sweet girls’ day, we chose this place. Had been here before and we loved the food and atmosphere. And this time it was perfect as well! Miss Cicilia, the serving lady (i apologise for the wrong spelling) was very polite and nice. As someone who worked in customer services, i understand how tough it can be, and remaing polite and nice to people can be maybe tiring. Seeing Cicilia’s professional attitude made me appreciate her work even more. Thank you! Will definitly come again.

Croissant is absolutely delicious, the coffee is excellent, and the food was very enjoyable. It’s best to make a reservation—otherwise, you might end up sharing the large communal table with other guests!

We stopped by to have a late lunch meal. I ordered spinach and salmon quiche with salad which was truly delicious. The overall impression with French 1930’s music, sitting by the window, was worth for trying. A cosy little restaurant which deserves to be visited one more time.

Walk into this coffee shop by chance in search of delicious coffee.

I couldn’t immediately find the name of this establishment, as the menu shows a completely different name.

The price of the eclair dessert is that it is delicious, but for such a price it would be possible to present it in a more interesting way than just putting it on a plate.

How about coffee? Delicious.

The waiters are friendly and dressed neatly and elegantly.

The big downside is that they only accept cash. Which is not very convenient for visitors. The atmosphere is friendly and cozy. Quiet and calm music is playing.

The facility is not new, so don’t expect everything to be perfect here. I don’t think this institution will be my favorite. But it is clear that the owners are trying best.

My mother and I visited this café/restaurant for the first time yesterday, and we absolutely loved it.

I had the Tartine Avocat (dark bread with cottage cheese, avocado, and chilli), which was simply perfect, and, lucky, not spicy. I also had a decaf Café au lait, and my mother drank some white sparkling wine, both of which were to our satisfaction.

The interior is super cozy, the staff is friendly and quick, and the menu is very diverse. Everyone’s food looked truly amazing, and I can see why Le Bol is so popular.

Absolutely loved my time there and will 100% be back!

Ps: Be aware that they only accept cash payment.
