My husband and I have birthdays about a week apart and our daughter gave us gift cards for RL. We arrived at 3:20, we came all the way to this restaurant from Lake City, Florida bc our Red Lobster closed. There was a few people dining so plenty of parking. The hostess was kind and accommodated us with our requested seat’s, we were sat immediately. Promptly, Ja’Lissa, our waitress came over and took our order. We told her it was our birthdays. She’s a super sweet lady and excellent waitress. She took care of our every need, at times without even asking. My husband ordered the Parmesan chicken, which to our surprise had a white parm sauce and not red. It was delicious. The chicken was tender and juicy. He cleaned his plate. I ordered the crab boil. I’m not the complaining type so I ate what I liked and mentioned that the crab legs were not fresh but I tried to eat them. Some of them were grainy and the crab wouldn’t come out. I wasn’t expecting to speak to a manager, but when Ja’Lissa talked to Diamond concerning my little issue we wasn’t expecting such a blessing. Diamond completely took care of everything, and we left blessed. Plus we got the brownie/ice cream dessert AND they all signed birthday cards for us. I’ve never been treated with such respect and kindness at any eating establishment in my life! THANK YOU BOTH FOR MAKING OUR BIRTHDAY DINNERS AMAZING! The food was good, but the service was outstanding! Our server Catherine was super attentive. We had our twin 6 y/o boys, and 2 teenage nephews. My wife is super picky, amd Catherine made sure the kitchen adhered to her ridiculous order! And Catherine’s knowledge of dinosaurs surprised me and entertained the twins the whole time! Will be back again amd again!

My steak was too tough to eat. The lobster was good. I should know better by now NOT to order anything that includes sirloin steak – in ANY restaurant. Of course the cheesey/buttery biscuits were “to die for”. I’m delighted they serve PEPSI. My family members belong to the Clean Plate Club and ordered dessert to go. Our server was attentive and helpful with the menu items. It was an enjoyable birthday celebration.
There was a table of silly, noisy young girls near us which made conversation a bit difficult at times. They were not rowdy, just having a good time (too young for alcohol)

Maleya Mckeller was very professional I recently had the pleasure of having her as a waitress and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the experience was! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Her attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the event, from the beautifully set table.

Mr. Nate, our server, gave us a flawless experience at Red Lobster. He was very helpful and kind in his service to our party, we had a similar experience the last time and we were very pleased to have another great experience at the restaurant. So far, our waiters/waitresses have all been very respectful, friendly and welcoming. 5/5 service, 5/5 food, 5/5 atmosphere. Very calm place. Highly recommended.

my experience was so awesome. Our waiter named Zach was so sweet so nice. We caused them a bit of trouble considering how we kept changing our drinks, but he was so patient and was able to make the red lobster experience 100 times better for us. i have really bad anxiety and i find it really hard to order for myself. but with the help of Zach. my experience was able to be a 5/5!!!

My waitress Catherine R. was very attentive and informative, but not over bearing. The meal came out in a timely manner and was hot and tasty. The Lobster pasta was amazing with a little side dash of Cajun seasoning, recommended by Catherine to spice things up a bit. I finished with a strawberry cheesecake that was a perfect ending to a great meal. I came for the cheddar biscuits which were warm, soft and amazing as always, and left as a fully satisfied customer.
