The relaxed atmosphere & low lighting make this a recommendation for date night …or, if you’re stressed out from being in bright environments…the relaxed lighting makes it also great as a Family venue. The environment reminds me of eating on a relaxed Family dining room with the lights on dim. It’s very pleasant & relaxed. I ordered pizza. I wasn’t impressed by the taste. But, it was still Good Food. The waitress was polite, kind and respectful during my visit. I would definitely visit Tow Guys again ..if I wanted to avoid the bustle & noise of Olive Garden. But, between the two of go tn Olive Garden for Quailty of Food. But, tow guys has a very pleasant relaxed environment with pleasant relaxed lighting in a Family environment. They do also appear to have a bar to sit at in the same relaxed environment. But,no didn’t check that out much more than a glance during my first visit. Very nice. They need better lighting in their parking lot.

Second time here and probably the last. Food was very mediocre and seemed frozen and not fresh. Our server Aaron was very nice and everyone else was friendly. The Italian wedding soup was very delicious. Overall I would probably go to Olive Garden instead.

Fast, friendly, and attentive service. The staff is top notch and the atmosphere is warm and pleasant. Great spot for family or a date with the decor and warm, dim lighting. The portions are huge, especially for the price. You can feed 2 people for $18 here. The pasta entrees come with a big, fluffy roll with whipped garlic butter and a soup/salad. Everything needed a little salt but you can salt to your taste. We got the 3 way combo and lobster ravioli. The 3 way combo was a solid marinara pasta with a big sausage to separate the lasagna from the ziti. The lobster ravioli came swimming in olive oil which I didn’t care for because it made it too oily and heavy- but it was still delicious and filled with generous chunks of lobster. You’ll definitely go home with leftovers if you order one entree per person. Much better than Olive Garden and somehow cheaper too.

Went a second time with my dinner friend, the service and meal did not disappoint once again. This time we were very fortunate to be waited on by Christine, an stunningly beautiful and lovely woman who is an absolute PRO at her profession. For me, exceptional people make a great meal, and believe me she did. Make sure you ask to be seated in her area when you go! I ordered the Chicken Cacciatore ( had to Google how to spell that) , which was pretty good, and BIG! Honestly, I am 5’10”, 225 pounds and I could barely eat half. Two people could have shared that one plate for an intimate dinner. Ladies get your men to take you, and Men, man up and treat your beautiful women.
Ordered the house special pizza, and sampler appetizers. The strawberry lemonade was very delicious and the food great. I highly recommend the pizza. But for me it’s always more about the service and employees. They make the experience and in a lot of cases can make up for lackluster food. The staff here do not disappoint, though busy they were congenial and attentive, making the experience enjoyable. The atmosphere is quaint and laid back even when busy. Give it a shot, you won’t regret it.

First time eating here. I loved the restaurant and plan to go back and try something different. I ordered fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp and the house specialty pizza. Both were fresh and delicious. I also tried the Italian wedding soup and fresh bread that was brought out to the table before our meal. Our server was nice and kept our drinks full. Customer Service was great. It was nice and clean.

We found the food here to just be alright. No one was overly impressed by their dish, although my tortellini was ok and the bread and garlic butter was pretty good. They were weird about not sitting our complete party even though we had just 1 person missing and it was the middle of the day, so the place was half empty. Probably won’t come back.

I had a pretty mediocre experience here, my pasta was not very good, the sauce on the fettuccine Alfredo was horribly gritty. The ranch is from a bottle, an Italian restaurant with fake ranch, im dissatisfied. On top of that service was not good walked past at least five times without checking on us. I’m not the type to ever complain but this was just bad. Don’t get the pasta.
