One of the best restaurants I have been to. The food was amazing.
Had the chicken doner plate and lamb shish kebab. Both amazing – tenderly cooked to perfection and the rice pairing is perfect.
Also had the mixed meze plate which was also amazing. Great way to get a taste of all the Turkish dips in one dish.

Delicious Turkish food! The kunafa was incredibly tempting and the Iskender kebab was outstanding. The service was very kind and welcoming. A bit pricey, but definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

We visited Iskender Turkish Restaurant in Niagara Falls, and honestly, the best part of the experience was the people. The staff who served us and interacted with us were extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely warm. There was something so natural and thoughtful about the way they treated us — it just felt right.
The food was also amazing, full of flavor and beautifully prepared. We ordered tea and coffee as well, and everything was excellent. One of the most fun parts of the visit was the traditional coffee cup fortune reading — flipping the cup and reading the patterns afterward made the experience even more memorable.
At one point, I accidentally spilled tea, and the staff immediately brought a cold towel to make sure I didn’t feel any burn on my legs. That level of care and attentiveness truly stood out.
Overall, it was an extremely wonderful experience. If I ever visit Niagara Falls again, I would absolutely return to Iskender. Highly recommended for both the food and the incredible hospitality.

We ordered the Iskender kebab, beef doner, and chicken doner. The beef was incredibly juicy and fresh, and the chicken was perfectly seasoned. The rice was also very flavorful, and the portion sizes were generous, making the meal very satisfying.
While the food was excellent, the service could have been a bit better, as we didn’t have staff checking in on us very often.

We had Iskender at Niagara Falls and it was absolutely delicious. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The service was great—quick, attentive, and very friendly. The staff checked on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. Extra points to Buse, who was especially kind and welcoming and made the experience even better. Overall, great food and excellent service. Highly recommend!

The food was delicious and the portion sizes were pretty big. We ordered the platter for 4, as well as two appetizers, and we had plenty left over.
The interior was spacious, with lots of seating and had a warm environment. The tables were spaced out enough that they weren’t crowded, and enough room for everyone to have their own semi-private meal.

We had an amazing time at Iskender’s. Volkan was our host and he went above and beyond. At the door he welcomed us with his warm smile and took all the time to answer all our questions. Then, he brought some fresh baked bread and two extremely delicious dippings. The food was served very quickly and the sizes were very good. Each dish was very very delicious and well made. Volkan checked our table frequently and made sure everything was perfect . When we finished our dinner, he made us the most authentic Turkish coffee we’ve tried in years and we’re experts in Turkish coffee ☕️! Before leaving we had a friendly chat with him and he made sure that we had a great time. If you ever go to the falls, never miss this hidden gem and ask for Volkan for the best experience ever!!

Good Turkish dine-in spot with the usual, comforting Turkish flavors. We ordered the Adana kebab and Iskandar kebab — the Iskandar was definitely the standout and more enjoyable. Complimentary dips with naan bread were served, which was a nice touch. We also ordered Ayran and lemonade, both of which were refreshing and paired well with the food.
For Niagara, this is one of the better options for halal dining. That said, it is a bit more expensive compared to similar places in other cities, and the taste could be improved slightly. Also worth noting: tip is mandatory.
Overall, a good experience and a solid choice if you’re craving Turkish food in the area.

If you are looking for something outside the ordinary, then look no further. Here you will find amazing food and flavors. Your taste buds will dance with delight. Not only is the food fantastic but the service is superb. The staff will treat you like a guest in their home. Buse our server was quick and attentive. She offered us some Turkish tea, which we were very thankful for. Beware it is hot. Definitely worth the walk across the boarder for this treat.
