Taylor was our server and she was amazing. Very attentive to our needs and wants. She makes a mean bloody Mary, BTW. I had a dozen raw oysters on the half shell and they were huge and served with plenty of “fixins”. My girlfriend had the shrimp and oyster basket which came with 2 sides. She chose the hush puppies and thyme, garlic potatoes and she loved it! Well done to all the staff at Oyster Bay. We WILL be back.

Cool spot. The rajun cajun and grouper fish sandwich were great! The spinach tasted frozen but everything else was great. I would recommend for a chill date night! Great service.

Stopped in for a late lunch and wasn’t disappointed. We had fried oyster & fish basket and a fried fish basket. Very flavorful and tasty. It was a slow time of day, but you can tell they have an entertaining atmosphere. Definitely coming back.

Fun place for a great seafood meal. They also have meals for landlubbers. We had lunch there and had their fish and chips with fries and coleslaw. The fish were lightly battered and the fish delicate. Coleslaw and fries were great. Service was excellent and friendly.

All in all, Oyster Bay delivered a top-notch dining experience. Whether you’re a seafood lover or just looking for a great meal in a friendly setting, this place hits all the right notes. I’ll definitely be returning—and next time, I might try their oysters, which looked amazing at nearby tables.

Highly recommended!

This place is AMAZING! I mean really. I brought of group of 30 …yes 30 and the service was as if it was a table for two. Everyone was well taken care of and attended to with stellar customer service. The food! I had the super jumbo shrimp with fries and garlic bread and let me just say the batter was nice and crispy, they were well seasoned, and the portion was enough to be completely satisfied. Ernie the cook and Sunni their event specialist with the great servers made this an experience to remember. If you’re in downtown Lawrenceville checking out a show or just out and about you gotta give this place a try. It’s more than “just” seafood and their daily specials make it affordable for those on a budget. Thanks to the whole team for a job well done all around. Also their back room holds about 30 people if you need a big space.

★★★★★ Excellent date-night spot with standout oysters

Oyster Bay in Lawrenceville made a strong impression, especially for a date. We ordered the oysters, and they were excellent—fresh, clean, and well-presented, with flavors that spoke for themselves. Simply put, they were delicious.

The atmosphere is polished but not stiff, which made conversation easy and the overall experience relaxed. Service was attentive without hovering, and the pacing worked well for a date setting.

If you’re looking for a place in Lawrenceville that feels a notch above casual dining—particularly if oysters are the priority—Oyster Bay is an easy recommendation.

My mom and I decided to come here for the 1st time. I’ve been wanting to come every time I pass, which is like 434 times a year and I finally made it! No disappointments or complaints for me. I had the crab cakes. And I love that it was more crab than cake. They were a nice size as well. Well worth the cost. I also had a cup of gumbo. It was seasoned VERY well. And I had the house margarita. I do love a good margarita!
My mom had the fried calamari but she said they were over cooked… *whispers* but she ate the whole basket and she ordered a piña colada. She said she didn’t taste anything at 1st (she’s not really a drinker) and I told her she needed to stir it, then she found it lol
Our waitress was very nice. We sat outside and enjoyed this nice temp we’ve been having. We’ll definitely be back.

I ordered the buffalo chicken tenders and wanted half the tenders in buffalo and the other half in bbq sauce but they mixed the sauces together and it was BAD. Tasted like nothing really . And the Smokey fish melt was just terrible. Besides the waitress service, I would give this place a worse rating. The food tasted old and not fresh. Won’t be going back.
