Absolutely delicious! Visited Hilton Waikoloa Village to see the sunset and saw that there was a food truck event happening in the parking lot. Didn’t intend to buy food but was intrigued to see a Caribbean option since I haven’t had it in a LONG time. My husband and I weren’t expecting much, but we were super impressed! The combination of flavors in the taco was nothing like I’ve had before and the jerk chicken was on point. There’s a chimichurri type sauce that adds a nice brightness to both and if you want a little heat, she has a yummy sauce for that too.
If you see Jill Ann’s and want some flavor in your life, definitely give her a try!
