The drinks are pre made with very little ice so they come out watered down and flat. Be nice to get your own inside. Went through asked for extra ice and was handed a watered down drink with hardly any ice, I said I asked for extra ice and instead of making a new one he added ice to my watered down drink. I had to go in to get a new one and it was flat like he did the same thing and added ice to an already made drink. Bring back self service drinks please! Then my Big Mac had so much sauce it was cold and impossible to eat. Glad my half cooked fries were still hot. I understand order times but at what cost…the cost of customers having a decent meal that costs twice as much as it should.

Edit: 10 pm and severe diarrhea. This is the first and last meal I had all day I’m thinking around 7 pm. Made this review right after I ate.

Pulled in and gave them my mobile order code for my meal consisting of 1x 5$ meal deal with a Dr pepper + 1 hot and spicy McChicken. Waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes until i got to the second window. Bro hands me a coke, it’s whatever its McDonalds what do you expect so i say nothing. I am told to pull over into parking spot to wait so they can complete my massive order of 2 mchickens. I then proceed to wait for 35 minutes. I get handed a bag of food that’s not mine. I flag down the food runner guy and tell him its the wrong order. He goes inside. 5 minutes later i get my order. You would think the food would be fresh but no it was cold besides the fries. Chewy stale mchickens like they’ve been sitting for 30 minutes. And they forgot my sauce so i had to raw dog my cold mcnuggets. This place sucks

Waited in the driveway for ten minutes for two fries and four sandwiches. Three of which were the same and supposed to have extra sauce but came with barely a squirt if that on them. Fries were so cold, should have been warmer and more fresh after a ten minute wait. I will say this, the girl who took our drive thru order and the one who brought out our food were really nice and polite. I’d go somewhere else for warm and fresh food if I were you.

The food is decent (for a McDonald’s). Tends to be pretty consistent when I order the same thing that it comes out the same way. At least at night, there is a nice ambience to the store. Food is made in a fairly timely manner. Definitely not my first choice for fast food, which is why I only tend to eat here at night, but when in a pinch, is an alright choice.

Really bummed that our lunch was missing from an order. Not the first time this has happened at this location, I’ve let it slide at least half a dozen times, nuggets, sauces ( that cost more now by the way), sandwhiches, fries. I shouldn’t have to check my bag before I head home across town. When I asked for a small compensation for having to drive back to grab my KIDS lunch that was missing ( I ended up giving him my lunch so he didn’t have to wait) I only asked for a drink for wasting my time and gas. Also asked if I could swap for something which was going to be a small soda, since again gave my lunch away to my kid. Anyway when inquiring all I could hear in the background was the manager yelling, not to mention when she came onto the mic she was screaming thru stating she was replacing the sand which and that was “ENOUGH” I totally would have found a simple no it’s against company policy reassuring, however, the demeanor of this manager was subpar. You should do your best to make it right especially when the customer was willing to come back and ask for something cheaper than what they paid for as compensation. We will give our business to other places in town from now on.

I came in for some breakfast this morning and wasn’t great me and my freind waited approximately about 20 mins for 2 McGriddles a biscuit and a coffee. And not to mention ton but my food did come out cold including a coffee I expected to be hot and fresh,I think instead of workers standing around and doing nothing they should find something to do. And keep these customers satisfied especially with these prices 🙂 yes I did take the food I didn’t want to wait again for non fresh food or coffee ? Cmon

While at breakfast this morning I witnessed the girl with the bright orange hair come out of a bathroom stall and NOT wash her hands. I said something to another employee and they said I wasn’t the first person to complain about this. Then I seen bright orange handing foid out the drive thru window!

I like this McDonalds more then most others I’ve been in from California to New York. The Staff are pleasant usually, the store is always clean, at least the customer facing part that you can see. It has a huge slide and play area for the little ones, which is always nice when you have something for the little ones to do while waiting for the order. The downside is, it’s a decent McDonalds, so it gets pretty busy. They are usually staffed pretty well but the going through can take awhile. I always go inside if there is a drive thru line and it’s usually faster. Even the bathrooms are kept decently clean here. Only used them on 2 occasions out of the 7 total times I’ve stopped in, but they were clean on each occasion. Huge parking area, off a somewhat busy Lincolnway. The food is usually pretty good as well. I’d give it a 8 out 10 for what you get at other McDonalds. That scale is solely a McDonalds comparison scale. I’d def recommend this McDonalds. It’s 90 times better then the Burger King down the road from it.

Would prefer to give a negative number! This location has always been terrible but this morning, we placed a breakfast order for pickup. My husband goes to pick it up, as he’s done in the past without my phone, and the little punk “manager” was of absolutely no help. You’ve been warned, go at your own risk!

Order RF74, had a double Big Mac. Box says double Big Mac…receipt says Double Big Mac. Picture shows a regular Big Mac. Thanks for the mobile app and it being messed up. Guess I’ll drive to the Del Range one for the kids lunch from now on. Notice how the last 2 digits match on the receipt and the box, but the order is wrong. Again, just irritating that you would now expect me to come back through when I am having to get back to work.
