This is probably the 3rd time and last time I’ll come here. It seems every time myself, or someone else I know orders here, something is wrong. Even to order UberEats from here. Just a few minutes ago I ordered, and tried to be kind when from the get go she was… not happy. I get it, retail customer service can suck. But I asked simple few questions. “What is the price of the order?”, “May I have the receipt?”, “How is your night going so far?”. She knows how she acted. Even pushed her manager Wilner in front of me in frustration and repeatedly said “Talk to him, Talk To Him, TALK TO HIM!”, like are you done being upset? I just asked how your night was going because clearly something was wrong from how you ignored (or not heard and angrily walked off) the first time asked. I don’t know if the customer in drive thru before me was rude to her first or something else but even my husband on the phone on speaker agreed that there’s no point coming back. Even the manager, that I didn’t ask for but pushed in front of me when I addressed asking her how she is ,looked uncomfortable around her.
That’s just my experience. The food… she know. Tho this rating is a 1 because everyone I know who’s come here had something bad to say. I don’t think I was rude to M, if her attitude/behavior was do to injustice, I hope she gets the help she needs. But this location lost 3 more customer.

This place is disgraceful your staff is disgusting. Also wanted to let you know they’re charging you $1.07 for two sauces and I have a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. My son loves the barbecue sauce from your place and I just asked for two more and she was a rude lady. Don’t you guys make enough money to not charge for sauces? That’s disgusting.

This Wendy’s is a joke. I came here to dine in for a quick meal and the customer service was subpar at best. We tried paying, the cashier didn’t realize it wasn’t on the right screen so another crew member had to fix it for us. This did not bother me at all, however I did thank the cashier and she just stared at me blank.. which I thought was weird but didn’t pay much attention to. When we got our food, I ate a fry and it was stale as hell. I asked for a fresh fry and the manager instructed the cashier to put my old fries inside of the oil.. I asked for fresh fries, not well done. The manager thought he was being clandestine and kept glancing over his shoulder to see if I was watching.. I’m not sure why he decided to see if I was watching when we locked eyes and I’m watching what’s unfolding. To top it all off, the reheated fries were even worse than when they gave them to me. Mind you, he convinced us to upsize to give old fries. Someone should tell them it’s the oldest trick in the book and it only works when the customers are DRIVING away in the DRIVE THRU. The nuggets weren’t even fresh. The must make a whole bunch of food and then hand it out. Every other Wendy’s in this city has better food. Don’t even bother coming. By the way, the cashier was handling my fries WITHOUT gloves.. didn’t even realize until after. If I get sick, I know why. If you hate your job, QUIT. It wasn’t even busy (which is no excuse).. but it is embarrassing on your behalf.

Came around 1 in the morning in drive thru with a mobile order and the staff purposefully ignored me because they began cleaning early despite closing at 3am. Load of BS. I get it, its late and you’re working in fast food. But you don’t get to ignore customers just because you don’t like your job.

I understand people are working at fast food and some people are not happy working there, but at least Greek everyone say hello and when you’re handing the food be pleasant about it because I have a experience where somebody was included the catch up at me and I never make a complaint, but this is my first time. I was not satisfied with the service.

Whenever you use drive thru, ALWAYS double check your bag because they almost always forget to put an item you paid for in the bag. How hard can it be to put the item you ordered in the bag. When you tell them you’re missing an item, they look at you like it’s your fault. It’s always the closing shift that messes up.

Ask for chili with cheese and onions ànd get charged for it ..lol… dude at window repeats back yup 2 chili with cheese and onions ..frosty machine was down to.well looks like noo cheese or onions .people are getting lazier and lazier.everytime we ever go here it SUCKS SERVICE & FOOD
