I had such an immaculate time with the new product. I heard they have done extensive testing on this big arch product. When I opened the box I was like wow this is a large product. I took a big bite out of the product. I actually ate it for lunch which I tend to do often. Heavily enjoyed this product!

The drive-thru awnings over the windows and ordering screen are a joke. The water from the rain runs off directly into your window. I have a brand new car and a stream of water went straight into my car while parked under the awning. They just remodeled this McDonald’s and whoever designed it did a horrible job. I’d rather have the rundown old MacDonald than this one. The food is mediocre at best. There’s a McDonald’s on Lincoln Boulevard just south of Ocean Park where the food is absolutely amazing so there’s no excuse. Been coming here for years. The people have always been great though. Food sometimes is good. Most of the time is less than average for McDonald’s. They do seem to be understaffed, though a lot of times. Whoever owns this place. Just spent 20 minutes in the drive-through even though I ordered a head.

Terrible customer service. The lady told me to wait then never responded, the place is opened and was taking customers. The workers are picking and choosing when to work. I just wanted a small coffee. This is terrible location.

Worst McDonald’s in the history of all McDonald’s. Will get your order wrong EVERY single time. I come here once a year and three years in a row they’ve got it wrong. I had to be stupid to go back 3 times but you’d think how is it possible they mess it up every time? Well they’re pretty incredible with their inconsistency

Tried to order on the self kiosk and when I got to the beverage area, it told me that the product was unavailable and then tried to exit and it wouldn’t allow me to exit the program. Ended up having to order from the counter. Two other people after me had issues trying to order from the kiosk as well. I think they need to fix the issues.
Also, no napkins available at the condiment stand and it was dirty as well. Dining room seems to get neglected often. I told a manager about the napkins and no one refilled them during the 25 minutes I was there.
Fries are never full when receiving a large order. Don’t understand why they can’t fill them when you pay for a large.

Should have stayed closed after the remodel. Absolute horrible service. Ordered a double quarter pounded and the second patty was under the bun on the cardboard. Ridiculous, even for fast food.

Well I came here paid for my food got told I need to pay to use the bathroom and which I did then they bring me my food and spill my drink on my fries then there was no one in there for like 30 minutes people yelling and asking for service then she remakes my buger don’t fix my fries she spilled my drink on so I called corporate this is very unacceptable I will not be back here agin

I went to McDonald’s for breakfast and lunch today. It was overcast and rainy today, but I did not order the Fish Filet. Plenty lobby space. Lot for extra parking across the street Princeton, and drive thru available.
