How do I order 1 meal and two people got their food before me after ordering after me. It wasn’t that busy. I waited more than 10 minutes for 1 meal! Not even a “Sorry about that”. To top it off the kid checking the meals before giving it to drive through or inside guest, was eating and didn’t change his gloves afterwards while checking the food. Have some dignity when handling food.

This is the place I was introduced to Raising Cane’s chicken. I was amazed for a number of reasons. I had a bus full of hungry baseball players and coaches and they got our food to us in about 15 minutes. there were over 30 of us that night. No complaining about a bus, it being late in the evening or being sweaty from playing baseball. I was also thrilled with the food and I am not a chicken type of guy, red meat has flavor, but they won me over and I had to bring my family back to share this great place with them. The staff was great, friendly and very helpful. I can’t say anything bad about this place and can’t say enough good about it. Thanks for doing a great job!

No other fast food chain I’ve been to marinates their chicken, let alone for as long as Cane’s does. It’s just so darn good. And every time I’ve been to this location, the staff has been friendly and prompt. Really could not ask for more out of a fast food joint.

I ordered pick up on Friday night because the app stated curbside was unavailable. So, I place an order for 2/ 6ocs and 2/4 pcs combos. Our fries and toast were dry. The tenders were cold. We ordered 8 extra sauces and only received 4. Drinks were not filled up. I have been calling the store for 2 days and no one picks up the phone. I spent about $67.00 and we had to heat our food up in the air fryer. I was very disappointed in the quality of food I received and I would appreciate someone/ anyone from the Barnes location to contact me. Thanks DISAPPOINTED Custmer.

Delicious and surprisingly fast for a drive through especially since I had a larger order. We of course pulled to the front to wait so as to not make others wait, however, even then it was fast to bring out our order.

So the customer service was ok. Could of been better when ordering. She was chatting it up with someone on the mic when I was trying to order. Waited for my food no problem. Get home to had out food welll….I had ordered extra sauce paid for extra sauce didn’t get extra sauce . Also barely any fries and no sauce on the sandwich. Just disappointed over all especially spending 50 dollars there.

I appreciate the red logo chicken restaurant as much as the next person but there’s something incredibly different in the best way about Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers. Oh, and the bread and the fries are amazing too. Don’t forget the cane’s sauce.

Usually canes is very good but we had some issues today. Ordered a 4 piece and 3 piece. Not only was the chicken tenders super small and dry I was missing one out of my 3 piece box and the toast! They were even cheap on the drinks. The 4 piece box was fine. I called in my complaint and they only thing they could do was take down my name for another meal.

Forgot our kids meal, love 20 minutes away and had to come all the way back- apparently they don’t offer any other option. Very annoying when you’re 8 months pregnant and are only eating her for the convenience of not having to cook.
