The last time I went here I was charged almost double the menu price on each meal. After consulting the manager and waiting for 20 minutes on them they told me the were unable to give me a refund and they took my information to contact me when the regional manager was in. Now, a week later, I have yet to hear anything and cannot get in contact with the regional manager. Very disappointing and concerning that they may be doing this to other people. Be careful when going here

I love their staffs and everything except one critical issue. They have issues with supply management. They usually run out of veggies. The management must be aware of this issue and hope they address them sooner than later!!!
