Worst service at Easton location. Ordered chicken tortilla soup. Checked bag for tortillas because last time there when I ordered it I got home and no tortillas in bag. So again no tortillas. I told the lady that seemed in charge. She checked the bag and ticket and says yep, no tortillas and that’s the best part. I get home and pull out soup and it’s chicken noodle soup not tortilla soup. I’m done with this incompetent location!

I normally order though the app and go through the drive thru to pick up. This visit was last minute and I ordered from the drive thru. The young lady to took my order seemed new and had some trouble with the card reader. When I got to the window to pick up my meal, they asked for the name on the order. I gave them my name and they couldn’t find my order. They had me pull up so they could continue to move the line along and search for my order. The manager came to the car and asked for my order again. She came back 10 mins later with fresh food and threw in some cookies and brownies for the wait. The order was still a little off but, we appreciate the hard work to keep their line moving and try to fix the problem at had. They were so patient and kind. This small hiccup doesn’t take away from the amazing service Chick-fil-A is know for, it enhanced it!!

Recently, Chick-fil-A has been forgetting to add certain foods to the bag of food, this had been happening for months but it’s happened to many times I can’t take it anymore. We asked for 8 count chicken nuggets, and it says on the receipt that we asked for them, and we got home to realize that the chicken nuggets weren’t there. This has happened to me multiple times. But I let it slide. Please Chick-fil-A do something.

So I went today and got a bacon bowl meal and this is how much I got like hummmmmm chickfla ypu have got to do better this is not right. And I didn’t get to call or cone back because I was at work and I couldn’t be on my phone. For 9.43 or however much that meal is is not right for this amount of food. Not happy today
