I had an amazing experience at Barrett’s Alehouse in West Bridgewater. The staff were very friendly, they didn’t mind people walking around and talking pictures of all the HP displays. We waited about 30 minutes for a table we didn’t mind at all. The waitress we had was very friendly, we ordered the nachos and two drinks the butter beer and the golden snitch. Everything was so good. The nachos were so big my husband and I couldn’t even finish them (not complaining at all). I definitely plan on going back. Best part about this place is if you have kids they have an arcade so you could have drinks and appetizer and your kids could play in the arcade. I also suggest if you like Harry Potter, you should go why it’s still decorated it is absolutely amazing. Whoever did it did a phenomenal job.

Had a great time. Cane for a birthday and for the Harry Potter themed restaurant. The decorations were amazing and they did a great job. They have a fun little arcade/game room too.
We ordered a lot of food. A round of butterbeers, Buffalo Chicken Bao Buns, PB&J Wings and Mozzarella sticks for starters. I got a cowboy killer burger while my girlfriend got the Mac and cheese. Food was delicious and waitress was very attentive and bringing more drinks without asking.
Great experience, would definitely return.

It was my first time, my wife had been before and instead of going out later why not have drinks and lunch? This place is, for lack of a better word…..perfect. From the hostess to the extra comfortable seating and huge flatscreen tvs all throughout playing some of college footballs biggest games of the day. To out 5 STAR WAITRESS PAIGE

Paige is amazing. Attentive, friendly and simply “ just gets it “ when it comes to customer service. Already looking forward to going again soon and I literally JUST left there not even an hour ago. What an amazing atmosphere, what an amazing experience. Simply thankful.

Enjoyed a birthday here. We ordered only apps and most were very good. The outdoor patio and music was nice. We also went to the game room which was ok for the price but we did enjoy the basketball shootout game.

We had an amazing experience at our visit 1/23/26 and a huge part of that was our waitress, Jaquelyne. From the moment we were seated, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling overbearing. She knew the menu inside and out, offered great recommendations, and checked in at just the right times to make sure everything was perfect.
Jaquelyne handled our table effortlessly—even when the restaurant got busy, she stayed calm, friendly, and on top of every detail. Our drinks were always refilled, special requests were met with a smile, and she made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.
It’s rare to come across service that feels both professional and personal, but Jaquelyne absolutely nailed it. She truly elevated our meal, and we’ll be asking for her again on our next visit. Outstanding service like hers is what keeps people coming back!

Came in last night with a group of 7 and they sat us right away! Our server was Jackie and she was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She was so patient with us as we very chaotically tried to order food, she made fantastic recommendations. At one point one of the girls in my group shared something that she was proud of and we all started cheering for her and I noticed Jackie nearly cheering with us, it was so sweet. She’s easily one of the best servers I’ve ever had at a restaurant!!

In the past I’ve planned a work event here which was also outstanding service and food. Very accommodating for the different sized rooms they have available. Recently, however I planned my baby shower here as a brunch. We chose the mimosa and Bloody Mary bar as well and my guests could not stop saying how amazing everything was including the staff. Sarah the event organizer helped tremendously and her assistant coordinator Summer really helped finalize the remaining questions I had leading up to my event. I recommend Barrett’s for events whenever anyone is looking.

This was my first experience at Barrett’s . I went with a small group of 6 and our waitresses name was Jackie! If you go, request her! She was awesome!!!!
So attentive, social and just a great listener even with a full house at the place. None of us felt slighted or rushed. She was awesome! Can’t wait to go back and ask for Jackie!
She said the bang bang cauliflower was good and it did not disappoint! Neither did the chicken bowl she recommended ! All was excellent! Thanks Jackie!
