I go to La Grange all the time I came to this La Grange today I met a guy named Henry. I got my breast. I sat down. It was tough. I couldn’t eat it. I asked for another piece. He got an attitude. I asked him for the owner he told me he didn’t have his number this place is repulsive seriously Henry needs to find a new job. i’m not gonna finish eating this because the chicken is dry and the rice is undercooked.

Henry, the manager, was completely rude and would not fix my order after having made a mistake, after I asked them to fix it, they keep trying to charge me more money for their mistake, in was a $3 difference they messed up on and he would not take responsibility for the mistake his employee made. Instead forced me to get a refund. I’m not coming back unless some one contacts me to apologies as Henry could not say sorry for his mistake. Unbelievable how they handled this mistake. Be ware Henry and another short laidy there have an attitude with clients. The least they could have done, is fix the issue for next time. Lost a life customer.

Good food and options to eat. Location is usually pretty loud compared to the other ones I have gone to, but I don’t normally eat there. Place is usually pretty crowded and very busy all around and specially for weekends.

Ordered dinner from La Granja in Hallandale Beach Boulevard, it was not the worst but not the best either, unlike other Peruvian places their Rotisserie Chicken was bland, no flavor at all, fried yucca was soggy and hard to the bite, I enjoyed the salad, despite of being simple it was really good. All the sauces had a lot of flavor which helped me go through the chicken. Have not tried any other plate from this place so I can’t give you a recommendation. Be adventurous and give it a try.

Tonight my husband and I went to La Granja for our first time ever. We looked at the physical copy of the menu from a full stack of menus that the restaurant had on the counter for customers, so I used that menu to place my order. After placing our order we noticed the price was higher than what we seen on the menu. After asking them why the price didn’t add up the manager tells us that in the system it’s a different price ($14.50) so I asked him why is that we were charged for a price that did not reflect the physical menu on the counter. He then goes and tells me that those are the old menus and that those are for customers to see the picture. To me that is false advertising and robbery. If the price changed in the system that same price should be reflected and represented on the menus. As guest and first time customers in the store it is very misleading. Then after expressing to him for understanding all he says is sorry but this is the price in the system. Shortly after he begins to smirk, chuckle and laugh speaking in Spanish with his coworker in front of us which I found even more disrespectful. For a first time experience I am disturbed and bothered at the fact that as first time customers and guest who spent over $50 on food were laughed at. Then the manager addresses me to say do I want the food or not, so unprofessional and to be spending money with them and treated this way is disgusting will be my last time ever going back to that place.
