We take pride in our scratch kitchen and craft cocktail program. Every sauce, dressing, dessert, soup, and syrup is whipped up every day right here. We serve juicy 8 oz. fresh burger patties, smoke our baby back ribs in house and make every syrup for our cocktails, (even scratch root beer)! Be sure to try our sticky ginger cake with bourbon butter sauce.

What a find!! The food was incredibly delicious! My husband said it’s the best wedge he’s ever had and he’s tried a lot!!
LOTS OF SPACE in this restaurant. Certain nights they extend the seating and it is a little more formal is what I hear.
Can’t wait to go back and try one of their infamous meatballs or cheeseburger!!

Food was amazing. A burger with blue cheese and bacon always calls to me and this was one of the best I’ve had. The burger was cooked perfectly and the flavors were wonderful. Everything else we had was delicious too.
The service – simply the best. Our waiter, Abe, had us laughing and brought the perfect vibe to a great meal. He was legitimately one of my favorite servers of all time.
The decor and atmosphere is on point too.

Brittney, was very nice sat us took our drink order checked on us throughout our dining experience very nice. The Flamin Lip burger hits really good, The Pork Taco Platter was very, the Fish and chips were done nicely and the Rootbeer float and cocktails were great. The service was perfect. Thank you.

In town for a couple of days and found this place based on the high review ratings. They don’t lie!!! We shared the meatball sample platter – delicious (shrimp were the best)! We also shared the BMC with alfredo, cheese bacon on the fries. The server (Abraham) brought out two plates, each with half of the burger and each with a serving of fries. Fantastic service!! Many other restaurants won’t do this. So happy we came here. Will keep it in mind for our next visit

This was a random stop on the way back home and I am really glad we came here. Food and drinks were delicious. I had the meatball Philly and my wife had the chicken sandwich and mac. Slightly pricey food but worth every penny and we will be returning in the future.

Food is delicious. We got the meatball sampler platter, pork stew, and lamb burger. Food was all amazing. The deduction of a star was due to the amount of salt in the food. The shrimp meat ball was my favorite. I substituted the fries for the risotto with the lamb burger. The risotto was kinda flat in flavor. But the meatballs were delicious. The shrimp meatball was the star of the show.

Dined at Zig Zag Burger on a Sunday Evening. There wasn’t much wait to be seated. Ordered Kung Fu Lamb Burger and Lamb Burger. Personally we felt the burger could do a bit more seasoning. Additionally the Lamb Burger had very minimal toppings for a $19 Burger. Overall a pretty okay experience.

Our second visit. Both outstanding. Would have taken pix of the main entrees (I’ll add them from our next visit) but alas, we were hungry, and they were as good as the first visit. A minor “ordered with no onions but arrived with onions” glitch was fixed promptly. Image is of their Tomato Soup. Absolutely delicious.
So is dessert… which we took home to enjoy due to … well, due to eating to much but knowing how good the Sticky Ginger Cake is from our first visit. Our server was excellent – he even knowingly included reheating instructions for the dessert. It was almost like we weren’t the first people who over-indulged and didn’t leave room for dessert. 🙂

Ohh what a treat it was to walk into this “hidden gem”, and “best kept secret”. Me and my husband was driving from Denver airport to Colorado Springs and hadn’t eaten since early morning because of flight schedule from Texas. This place was beyond amazing. Our waiter was Wylson and he was phenomenal. Wylson was cheerful, accommodating, explained menu’s including some of his favorites when asked, and introduced me to a new drink: zig zag zombie….ok so word to the wise this drink is not for the “faint of heart”. I took a video of this amazing drink but did not get approval to share so you will just have to go in and try it for yourself.
One of the restaurant cook and server was Brook, and he was so very friendly. I think I will let the pics and short video of the food and drink speak for itself. I also loved loved the ambiance of the hotel. I even mentioned it would be a great place for some live jazz to be played. I love that this is like two restaurants in one, but you can sit on either side and have access to both menus.
Oh yeah and the bathrooms were immaculate. This is a huge pet peeve for me, because if I walk into an establishment and their bathrooms are nasty I will walk right back out, because if this is any indication of how they keep their kitchen, I am better off leaving.
Thank you, Zig Zag and staff, for making our time spent there memorable. Whenever we are in that part of CO again, we will definitely be return patrons.
