Reviews
The space is polished yet welcoming, with an efficient, well-run feel that keeps things moving even when it’s busy. The food is reliably excellent, with careful attention to texture, balance, and flavor.
The baos, wontons, and noodles all stand out, showcasing the restaurant’s strength in classic Taiwanese dishes. The spicy wontons in particular are a must—perfectly tender with just the right level of heat and depth.
A dependable spot in Arcadia for well-executed comfort food that feels refined without being overdone.
Two surprising standouts were the cucumber salad and green beans — simple dishes that Din Tai Fung managed to elevate into something truly exceptional.
The food alone would earn five stars, but the service from our server, Chloe K., was every bit as outstanding. She was attentive, friendly, and made our experience even more enjoyable.
My only regret is that I live in Florida and this restaurant is all the way across the country. The next time I’m in the area, I’ll absolutely be back. If you’re nearby, don’t pass this place up — it’s a must-try!
That said, once we received text and checked in, the experience was very smooth. We were seated fairly quickly, and the food came out fast. Everything was well organized despite how busy it was, and the overall dining experience was good.
Ordered dumplings, rice, noodles, shrimp wonton things and even chocolate dumplings for dessert what can I say that everyone doesn’t already know.?!
The food here is amazing delicious!
I would definitely return a hundred times
I recommend getting on the online wait list.
We got seated fairly quickly, and Erickson took care of us the entire time. He was incredibly patient, always smiling, attentive, and kind. Halfway through our meal, the fire alarm unexpectedly went off and it was super loud. Erickson was very apologetic and kept checking in to make sure we were okay. Honestly, just from the level of service alone, we would come back.
As for the food—Din Tai Fung never disappoints. We ordered the classic pork xiao long bao, pork chop fried rice, fried string beans, shredded pork with noodles, a Chinese tamale, and hot and sour soup. Every dish was beautifully presented and you could taste the freshness of the ingredients. Din Tai Fung really sets the standard for high-quality Chinese food. The experience feels like fine dining, but still comfortable and family-friendly.
Parking can be tricky on weekends, but during the weekdays it’s manageable with the parking garage and lots nearby.
Definitely worth a visit if you want a solid dim sum and noodle fix with top-notch service.
