I am visiting ICT from AZ and I was happy to discover LJS. Az has one location but its out of the way. The employees are attentive and helpful. The restaurant is clean and so are the bathrooms. The chicken is fresh & crispy, the Ice-tea is fresh brewed daily. Everyone was happy and enjoying themselves. LJS is my guilty pleasure. Thank you for the good eats. Happy holidays to you all!

Just left LJS and I had the worst experience at the drive thru with a mother and daughter who works there. In addition to the daughter being rude to me after leaving me sitting in the drive thru for about 10 minutes. She snapped at me when I asked how long it would be. She responded “ You want your food fresh it doesn’t matter”. Then proceeded to close the window with an attitude, then walked away to the mom who was clearly the manager who was mixing coleslaw with her HANDS ON THE COUNTER! I was so disgusted with the way the store was being handled and asked for my money back because at this point I don’t trust the food being prepared. The manager who is the mom eventually gave me a parcel refund while cursing me out. Any other time I wouldn’t say anything but the nepotism and customer service was severely lacking. I would like the owner to know what kind of people are running this store. I’ve been there several times and received less than service from them. As a repeat customer I will not come back to be belittled by people like those two with green braids. Awful customer service

The ladies at the window were very patient with me when I drove up out of turn. The drive through lane is a bit weird. Order on one side and pick up on opposite side of building. Food was okay. It’s a fastfood fried fish restaurant. So not sure the is anything the cooks can do about it.

Food was under cooked. Sampler platter.
Chicken was no where close to being cooked. Fish was not golden brown. Both items still had that frozen look to it. Half the waffle fries were done and other half done but cold. Worst LJS experience ever.

Food was okay. Taste and crispy for these certain foods, chicken, fish and hush puppies was pretty good. Fries not so much.
Cashier was absolutely amazing, sweet, professional, definitely felt like he made the experience better!

Very over priced. And portions smaller then they use to be. Not sure I will ever go back. Employees were upset they had a customer and had to make food. Just wasn’t at all like it use to be. Somethings dont change for the good!

Please teach employees to listen to request, tell them I don’t want a receipt in the drive thru and they hand back my CC with the receipt wrapped around it. Request easy on the ice in the drink and they do no ice
