Did the drive through it was dead around 8:30pm. They looked like a full staff to me. However was told to pull forward anyways. Normally I’m ok to wait because you think ok kool going to get fresh food, fries. Nope complete opposite. Got home was very disappointed. My wife’s burger was cold, my burger was cold and tasted old. The fries were definitely old and cold. 10min drive back to house. Never again! I do not recommend this location for dinner.

A junior bacon cheeseburger should have cheese and bacon on it. No cheese or bacon on 3 of them. Absolutely unacceptable. Pretty much got hamburgers.

Not gonna lie, I don’t remember the last time I had breakfast from a Wendy’s, but that was good. The potato wedges were good, crispy, and seasoned. The sausage was seasoned. The egg was a real egg, and the biscuit was good. I don’t know, man, that was good. Coupon on app too.

Yesterday my husband and I went to the wendys on county line rd. They completely messed up my salad (im not normally one to call and complain, but after a rough week in the hospital I decided to call just to see if there was anything they could do) unknowingly I had called the wrong wendys and even though it was the wrong address they were more than willing to fix my.order for me. Rebecca specifically was the one who helped us fix and comp our meal even though this Wendy’s is not the location that messed up my salad originally. We need more workers like her in the restaurant industry, she looked like one of the youngest workers there, but she was obviously in charge and was respectful, and and made sure we were taken care of.

Went through the drive through, got a simple grilled chicken wrap. When I got to the window, the girl did not greet me at all nor tell me how much I owed, took my payment and handed me the bag and said “Here ya’ go.”
No thank you, no receipt, no napkins in the bag.
I know it’s fast food, fast paced, minimum wage and working with the public can be exhausting but surely you can do better than this.
Don’t think I’ll be coming back any time soon.

It’s fast food. Their original chicken sandwich kept me coming back since June of 1980. I remember because my daughter was born and was in the drive thru with my mom. Wendy’s had a promo going on which was a free Gillette razor that I still have to this day. Give them a try. Maybe the original chicken sandwich.

The cheese fries my wife got were cold, and the person behind the counter seemed genuinely confused over what the issue was. After she got it replaced, we opened our sandwiches which were chicken, not burgers, so I brought them to the counter open, showing the person that they were wrong. He apologized, handing me the correct sandwiches, rewrapping the incorrect ones and just putting them in a bag that went to the Doordash guy. So, if you ordered Wendy’s today, and your chicken sandwiches are messed up, just know that while we DID open them, my wife and I didn’t touch the actual food. It was really concerning to see food handled like that, but it was total chaos in the kitchen. Someone certainly has the title Manager at this location, but they aren’t doing much managing.

Don’t go to the Wendy’s on Commercial Way. Their service is garbage, rude, and threw a bag of French fries out the window. This “woman” should never have been hired, that tells you a lot about the management at this place. It has AI or robot take your order, then go to the window, and you get a completely different order. That’s ok with them they’ll get what ever you want for a price. I asked for the manager, and I figured out where the help got their comment about charging more money because that’s what she said.

Went on 9/16/2022 to try new Hot Honey chicken sandwich. It was fairly disappointing. Chicken was dry and seemed to have been sitting around for a while. I couldn’t tell if there was hot honey on the sandwich at all. Had to double-check that i actually got what was ordered. The crispy pickle chips are pretty terrible. One Freestyle machine was out of most drink options and the condiments station looked like the aftermath of a tornado with most items out of stock. Not a great visit.

AI drive thru is possibly the worst employee Wendy’s could have! It is so stressful and does not leave you alone… I will absolutely never go to Wendy’s or the drive-through again. The staff on the inside is absolutely amazing and very caring.
