The ambience was calm and pleasant, making it a great place to sit and enjoy a peaceful meal. The staff was polite, attentive, and quick with service, which made the experience even better.
Overall, this place truly captures the essence of South Indian cuisine. Highly recommended for anyone who loves authentic food and a good café vibe. Will definitely visit again!
The atmosphere here is very laid-back. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, providing a nice variety depending on your mood. However, a word of caution regarding the patio: while the outdoor setup is charming, I noticed a persistent bad odor in specific sections of the outside area. If you’re sensitive to that, I’d highly recommend grabbing a table indoors or choosing your outdoor spot very carefully.
The Food
This is where the cafe really shines.
* The Stars: The Dosas are excellent—crispy, well-seasoned, and paired with a coconut chutney that is fresh and flavorful. I also have to give a special shout-out to the Panakkam; it was refreshing and authentic, a perfect accompaniment to the meal.
* The Letdown: Unfortunately, the Vadas didn’t quite hit the mark for me. After being so impressed by the Dosas and the drink, the Vadas felt a bit underwhelming and didn’t live up to the high expectations set by the rest of the menu.
Overall, it’s a great neighborhood gem for authentic South Indian flavors. It’s unpretentious and the service is quick. Just keep an eye on where you sit, and maybe double up on the Dosas instead of the Vadas!
They have a self-service system for both ordering and collecting food. The menu focuses on authentic South Indian dishes, and everything we tried tasted great. We ordered Onion Uttapam, Mysore Masala Dosa, and Podi Rava Dosa all were crispy with delicious fillings.
The real highlight for me was their three chutneys, especially the green mint one absolutely amazing! I also tried their Panagam drink, which was refreshing for the hot weather (though a bit on the sweeter side).
Overall, it was a lovely and worth-it experience — perfect place to enjoy tasty South Indian food in a calm, garden-like setting.
What stood out even more was the vibe – calm, peaceful, and away from the city chaos. Surrounded by nature, it’s the perfect spot if you’re looking for a relaxing morning drive followed by a hearty South Indian breakfast outside the concrete jungle.
Definitely a must-visit place for food lovers and peace seekers alike, and I’ll definitely be visiting again!
Food is really good and atmosphere is best the only thing that lacks here is there’s no on the table service.
Dosas are really nice and filter coffee is a must try.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!
