Great service great food. First time coming and me server was training Jeremy. She was doing great and so was he. They answered all my questions. Beautiful smiles on their faces and great energy. Will return. Food was ok. drinks was prefect and the price was even better. Wish that had t- bones tho. I gotta go to longhorn for that

Went new years eve and It was very packed . I did not do the online reservation. But did not have to wait but abt 40 min for a table. We noticed Some of the customers were getting very frustrated. But the servers did very good in my opinion. Once we got our table the service was amazing. Food come out in great timing and our waitresses was even better. She was on it everytime she walked by she checked on us . My only complaint would be the baked potato wasn’t done enough. Wasn’t able to eat hardly any of it because was still hard and raw.

Ordered the 12oz Ribeye cooked medium… I don’t know who was cooking tonight but it was cooked perfectly. So good that I just didn’t want to even eat anything else in the meal. One of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Good enough to write a review about!

Went today and had the worst experience. The food was great but the service was awful. Our server started out with a passive aggressive attitude towards us which made us feel like we weren’t wanted there. Then, she wouldn’t stick around for more than 5 seconds when we were needing things. All we wanted was some to go boxes and cups. She brought the boxes but turned away and walked off before we could ask for to go cups. We asked for them when she got back and she walked away yet again before we could finish asking for things. She came back with the cups but no lids. She tossed them on the table and didn’t even give us a chance to ask for a refill on our way out. She didn’t even offer us any refills throughout the whole time we were dining there. She tossed the wrong receipt on our table so we were forced to pay on the tablet. We had to go up front to ask for what we needed on our way out and a different woman up front treated us the same way. Just ignored us for the most part. This is not the Texas Roadhouse that I know. I can’t see myself returning to this location because the service is extremely disappointing and the servers are beyond rude. Also, don’t go to Texas Roadhouse for your birthday if you want to celebrate. They brought us a half of a brownie that looked like a bite had been taken out of it with a fork, and when the person I was with got on the saddle, the server that called out his name wasn’t even giving us his full attention. There was a guy talking loudly behind us and the server started talking to him instead of acknowledging us. This treatment made our time there feel very unwelcoming and not included.

Host who was younger girl just ignored that we were there checking in. Just looked at us and looked away, we stood there for 5 minutes, cause she had better things to do like tap in the screen even though people are speaking to you??? Then when a man came up she got All nice saying “ wait at deck 3,thank you.” Okay..? Our server also didn’t refill our drinks we had to ask, we also had to ask for rolls, my drink came out frozen I didn’t even order a frozen marg…. We usually love it here but this location lacked hospitality this day.

Went to the location in Rome off of Turner McCall with a party of 15 and was told the wait was 40 minutes….we waited almost an hour and a half to be seated and every time we asked the hostesses about the wait they were extremely unprofessional and laughed hysterically like we were the funniest thing on the planet. When we asked to speak to the manager she also was very little help and said we would be seated soon. When we finally were seated after an hour and 20 minutes of waiting we were provided 2 booths to seat 15 people. 2 members of our party were so fed up with such poor service they just left. Last we were not provided any rolls and had to ask for them. I will NEVER again eat at this location and strongly do NOT recommend

My first time trying Texas Roadhouse for my birthday and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone is so friendly.
My waiter, Sam, was the greatest. He was patient with me as I honestly took forever to decide what I wanted to eat. He also made me blush when he had me get on the saddle and yee-haw for a birthday picture.
Everything was great. Can’t wait to come back.
