Everything I get a burger and fries it is so good. But, however the atmosphere of the place is off. One time I sat down and was waiting with my family for our food. Then, I casually looked over to some kids (maybe like 4 & 5 year olds), they were putting ketchup on the wall tiles. Can we talk about their parents real quick, the kids literally showed them and the parents did nothing but congratulate their kids.
Other than the atmosphere, the service is pretty good. Every once in a while you’ll meet some awful employees but otherwise their food really good. If you enjoy their food, doordash it or take it to go. Trust me…

Freddy’s handed out a free combo meal card for vets last year. I just so happen to be there to get one. I finally used it the other day and have to admit it was good. Got the jalapeño pepperjack and fries. It was good to say the least. I cant have salt so got it without salt and it still had good flavor. Love the jalapeño dipping sauce. Tried the smoky sauce with the burger. Wow! Wasn’t great on the fries, but really added to the burger.

I rarely eat here and each time I remember why. The meat always tastes like it’s the last good day. Just something off putting about it. I did remember not to get the old grease soaked cheese curds. Those left a nasty enough impression.
How about throwing a napkin or two in the bag? I paid almost $11 for a basic burger and kid size drink. You’d think a disintegrating napkin wouldn’t be too much to ask for.

The young man who helped us in the drive-thru today deserves a mention. He was helpful, he was respectful, and he acted like he wanted to be there. Very hard working young man. Definitely has a good work ethic.

This is the third time I’ve ordered Freddy’s at night and gotten a raw burger. Three chances to get it right. This never used to happen, which is really disappointing because this was one of my favorite places. I just want to give others a heads-up to check their food. I won’t be coming back to this location since I don’t want to risk getting sick.

If you are looking for a great smash burger and some frozen custard Freddy’s can’t be beat burger patties are thin with good mylar reaction and lace and good variety of burger options and the fries are thin with a good crisp and their famous fry sauce is great for dipping they have a good variety of concretes(like a sonic blast) sundaes and shakes definitely one of my go to burger joints

First time visiting Freddy’s and it was a great experience. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Got myself a double cheeseburger combo with a concrete.
The burger was good, but overshadowed by how great the fries were. I tried both fry sauces, and it was hard to decide which one was the best. They both had a unique personality that I enjoyed, but if I had to decide, I would say the plain sauce is better.
The concrete was also great. It has been a while since I’ve had frozen custard so that is what actually pulled me to Freddy’s. It doesn’t taste like ice cream, it tastes like custard, which is a welcome twist to the usual. Great visit all around.
