The food was great and the service was excellent! Onion rings were delicious! I wish I would have taken pictures of all the food we ordered. Lots of options for burgers including veggies burger option. All the sauces are freshly made and delicious.

I went here for my first time over the weekend and I really enjoyed the experience. Emily gave amazing service and checked in on us multiple times. The only cons that I have are the drinks were quite expensive and the place felt cramped whenever you got up to move.

I was really disappointed with the takeout I got today. The burger was dry, the bacon was overcooked, and I got the smallest most unripe piece of avocado. Pretty sure some kind of sauce was supposed to come on the burger too. Sweet potatoe gires were ok but for the price I would expect better overall.

Had high expectations for this London spot. I ordered a Tragically Maple for delivery off Uber Eats and it was missing the bacon garlic aioli and the arugula. There was also pickles, lettuce, and tomato added to the burger which was not in the description
of the burger and I did not add it myself. Overall 2.5 out of 5, would have rather gone to the Brantford location.

Went there last night with my husband and tried the W Burger and Kamikaze Burger along with fries and onion rings – everything was spot on! The burgers were packed with flavour, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the staff were super friendly. A must-try with their signature W Sauce. This might just become our new monthly go-to spot!

Dropped by The WORKS for a bite and was genuinely impressed by both the food and the service. The burger was excellent, juicy, well-prepared, and one of the better ones I’ve had in the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
One minor downside was a noticeable smell of cleaning agents or something a bit unpleasant when we walked in, not overwhelming, but enough to notice. Parking near the building was limited, so we ended up parking across the street in a garage, which worked out fine.
Overall, still a great spot I’d recommend for a good burger in a casual, friendly environment.

My boyfriend and I used to love coming to the works for birthdays or just casual date nights as the food used to be so good. We went for New Year’s dinner last night just for something small and casual. We were both looking forward to the food that we knew used to be really good. When our appetizers came to the table, it had looked like they had been frozen and then reheat it to be cooked. Also, when our burgers arrived, they had tasted frozen. This is not the This is not the quality of food that we had fallen in love with, when I was first introduced to the works. When I first had started eating here, the burgers were freshly handmade and charred perfectly. You could taste it. The food last night was dismal and did not remind us of our previous visits. I’m wondering if the owners had changed hands and therefore this is the slip and quality that we are seeing. Our burgers did come medium well but as I said, the burger tasted frozen, it wasn’t a nice pink. It actually tasted as if it would’ve been cooked frozen and then reheated. It’s sad to see that the price point hasn’t reflected the lack of quality that that is in this new menu, it’s really upsetting To see this happening to a place we both really loved, especially with all the new competition and opening up along Richmond Road hoping this is a one off but taking a long vacation from the works until the restaurant that we had come to fall Fall in love with can come back towards its former glory.
