Not only did I have to wait 45mins for this BS it was giving to be cold and hard as a brick! $15 sampler! Server was terrible and so was the host so I’m not surprised the cook served this. Do better. Nov 13th 2025 1pm!

Came here with my wife, and I have nothing bad to say!!! We had the pleasure of being served by the young server Edgar, who was super polite, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. God bless the young padawan !!!!!!!! We will continue to eat here after church.

Disappointing Visit at IHOP – Route 37 East, Toms River
This was by far one of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The staff had no system in place to track which tables were clean or still needed attention. We waited around while several tables sat empty but dirty.
After finally being seated, it took over 15 minutes just for someone to take our drink orders—and we weren’t even given the chance to order food at the same time, which dragged things out even more. To make matters worse, the servers weren’t following the order guests were seated, so people who arrived after us were helped before us.
The whole visit felt disorganized and chaotic, with little to no focus on customer service. Definitely not planning to return.

We were served by Edgar who was super friendly and up beat. Did a great job. Got our order perfect. We can be difficult order need things just right.

Sitting here watching a single server get absolutely blown away. The server that took our order literally just left. Our food sat in the window for 25 minutes until the crushed server could get to it. Pancakes come out crispy. Over easy eggs are over hard. Someone standing at the door for 15 minutes. Is there no managers on duty? What a disgrace. I work hard to make the money I do and I have to spend it on this trash? You should be embarrassed

Joey on the night shift is phenomenal! For years We missed IHop Being 24/7 and me and my friends recently realized it is again ! Joey always greets us with a smile and treats us like we’re the most important people in the restaurant! Joey is amazing and we always look forward to him serving us after midnight.

Restaurants come and go, yet the International House of Pancakes seems timeless. Since high school, IHOP has remained a familiar roadside stop for basically good food, courteous service, and a pleasant setting. We wish that they would wake up to the new world of health conciousness, bottled water and coffee creamer options.

I requested a table near an electrical outlet, but was surprised to be told that the restaurant did not have any accessible outlets for charging cell phones or laptops. This was a significant inconvenience given my need to work.

Despite the issue with the outlet, the place was packed—mostly with families and young children—and everyone seemed to be having a good time. While I didn’t try the food myself, the dishes ordered by other patrons looked delicious.

However, the restaurant’s appearance was very disappointing. The location felt old and poorly maintained. The decorations were outdated, and the floors and walls appeared very dirty. I even had to ask a server to clean my table, as it had noticeable coffee cup marks on it.
