Reviews
The menu is what you’d expect: traditional and boneless wings with a bunch of sauces, plus burgers, wraps, and bar snacks. When the kitchen is on its game, the wings come out hot with decent flavor and the beer is cold, which is really all you need for a casual game-night spot.
Overall, it works if you’re already at the mall, want to watch sports, and are craving wings, but it wouldn’t be the first choice with so many better options right around the corner. If you go, stick to wings and drinks and keep expectations in “chain sports bar” territory.
Round two: Another great experience in the books with Dane the best bartender!
My family (including young kids) arrived at BWW Arundel Mills around 6:30PM after shopping—tired and hungry. We ordered drinks, appetizers, and wings, but didn’t receive a single food item until 90 minutes later.
The server barely checked on us and spent more time chatting with other staff than following up on our order. We had to track down the manager twice to get updates. Eventually, we found out only half of our order had even been entered into the system. When the food did come out, it was incomplete—missing sauces, celery, and carrots. We had to ask several times, but some items never arrived. No one ever refilled our drinks.
Another family nearby, served by the same waitress, waited just as long and ended up walking out without getting anything.
To top it off, the restroom was filthy—trash overflowing, paper all over the floor, and a broken faucet with no water.
We were patient and respectful the entire time, even tipped, but this was completely unacceptable. Poor service, long wait times, disorganization, and unsanitary conditions. We will not be returning, and I hope this location receives serious attention from upper management.
1st off it took 10 minutes to clean off a table when so many tables wherw able to be used but they closed them for some reason. All thr tables had trash. The bathroom was disgusting.
I had a side of fries and so did another person on my table, tell my why my fries where ice cold and hers look like they just came out of the fryer. Mine where dark and soggy.
Also when we where given our food no silver where to be seen at our table.
Also we came in with 5 people and was seat at a both that only hold 4 people so I had to snag a chair and sit at the end of the table.
Waiter didn’t even say anything or acknowledge that it look uncomfortable.
You need some new staff and management.
10 minutes wait foe a table when its not busy is wild.
Puddles of pee in the men’s room when its not busy is wild.
I suggest not going here and spend your time at dave and busters or the other sports bar next to this b dubs.
Or just go to the Annapolis one. Way better and nicer
Looking around – perhaps in the evening they don’t care to proactively remove dishes throughout customers’ meal as I saw dishes piling up on other tables.
No sportsmanship – just delegation.
i.e. “Can the paper towels in the women’s bathroom be restocked” is met with “I’ll get someone else to do that”.
That said, the overall dining experience had its ups and downs. The restaurant was quite busy, and we experienced noticeable service delays—it took a while for our orders to be taken and for the food to arrive. Some items came out lukewarm, and a couple of orders were inaccurate, requiring corrections. Staff seemed overwhelmed, possibly due to understaffing, and the cleanliness of the tables and floor could’ve been better.
While none of us had issues afterward, I did come across reports online citing food safety concerns from other patrons, including cases of foodborne illness. This wasn’t our experience, but it’s something future visitors might want to be aware of.
In summary, if you’re part of a vegetarian group visiting a sports bar like BWW, this location can work—but temper expectations on service and quality. The food is decent for a fast-casual chain, but the experience may vary depending on timing and crowd size. Best to go during off-peak hours for a smoother experience.
