This used to be our favorite place in our town. We hadn’t been in a while, we had a baby so many life changes occurred. 3 years ago, it was the best ambiance wings beer etc in town! We went on Saturday 1/10 around 3pm. They weren’t very busy. Host was nice, but she didn’t offer a kids menu. We were greeted by our server about 3 minutes after being sat. We were wanting adult beverages but unsure what we wanted so we asked for a minute or 2. She left and didnt come back for 10 minutes. Took 2 table orders ahead of us. While waiting, we noticed food on the floor below our table, the sugar caddy was beyond disgusting. The salt and pepper shakers had food on them and were so greasy they were slippery. We ended up finally getting our drinks after 20 minutes of being sat. Watched 2 tables get up and walk out. The server was overwhelmed I believe. We order cheese sticks, they were good. Based on cleanliness, service, wait time and ambiance we will never go back.

Definitely the worst meal I’ve had in years way way too expensive for what you get. The restaurant was empty we were the only ones there took forever to get our food and then it came out cold. The chicken sandwich was a joke. They should be ashamed I’ve never eaten McDonald’s but I’m told it was the size of a mc chicken and looked about the same quality. (And again was cold) would definitely not waste my money here! I don’t mind paying top dollar if it matches the product. Idk how they are still in business. I’ve attached a picture of the chicken sandwich the rest of the meals just as small, cold and over priced.

We were traveling all day and were quite tired when we stopped here. The service was considerate and kept our drinks topped off. Food was served quickly. The salad bar did not disappoint us. It was as fresh and fully stocked as we could hope for. My mushroom swiss burger was hot and tasty. The baby back ribs were flavorful and as messy as you would expect. We had no room for dessert even though we had expected to finish off our meal with a sweet treat.

After several good experiences in a row here, today marks a new low.
The hostess did not want to seat us due to the kitchen being behind due to take-out orders for the Super Bowl. Not because she didn’t have wait staff. She stated that we could wait at the bar, which was unacceptable. I would have been perfectly happy to have been seated at a table, and enjoyed the All-You-Care-to-Eat salad bar, while waiting on my entree to be prepared. Poor people skills does not make a good hostess, and has likely ended my business for this location.

I was too hungry to take pics! Salad bar was great as always, lots of selection and well maintained and filled. Love the Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing and the pumpernickel croutons! Had the Smokehouse Bacon Cheeseburger with the onion rings on the side for my dinner guest. BBQ sauce was very flavorful, the burger itself was a little past the medium that I ordered, but I could barely touch it after eating more salad bar than I should have! It will be a nice lunch for tomorrow. One of these days, I’m going to have to start with dessert because I’m always too stuffed to order any. And the pictures of them look good enough to eat! Just really glad I’ve moved back close enough to enjoy Ruby Tuesday again, it’s been a long 3 years away, can’t wait to revisit!!!

We dined in at noon, and we were greeted instantly with friendly service from Dawn. She was very accommodating, making sure our drinks stayed full and our needs were met. The food combined with Dawn’s great service left us happy and satisfied, would recommend!
