I would say the tacos were good but not great. And the price was way too high for what they were. 50 for 4 kid tacos and 2 menu tacos. Just not super impressed.

Great food !!! Tacos was delicious. There are plenty of options to choose from.
Churros was tasty as well. Easy to order from the touch screen computers. Food came faster.
Counter staff was moving in slow motion, but the people who dropped the food to the table and cleaned around were great.

This is undoubtedly the best place I have ever taste a very nice tacos. Everything was perfect: taste, the presentation, the size, sauce, onion, cilantro and lime. I really enjoyed been here. I will be back soon to try other specialty on the menu. Keep doing what you’re doing, it is really excellent. The best choice for tacos =)

I could eat the chips all day long. Light, crispy and perfect with the queso. Love trying their taco of the month. The tortillas are fresh and taste great. The service was on point and everyone was nice. Our food came pretty quick. Recommend trailer park but make it trashy taco! The elote was super delicious and a bit spicy.

Torchys, the poor man’s Velvet Taco. I’ve been going to Torchys since my Austin days, and it’s one of those places that I will go to, then not go back to for months and months. Usually it is bad service or food that wasn’t great.
I live close to this location, and on a whim stopped by to get two tacos to go. I literally live 5 min or less from this location. I get the Democrat trashy style and the wrangler breakfast taco.
When done properly, I usually love these tacos. My wrangler was so sloppily put together by the lazy kitchen staff that all the egg was on one side of the taco and all the cheese on the other side ( see pic). The democrat taco (ironic since I’m a Republican ) was this mushy mess. It was like the corn tortilla turned into masa. (SEE PIC)
I’m perplexed because I lived a good 15 to 20 minutes from Torchys in Austin, and my tacos were never in this bad shape when I got home.

I tried torchys on delivery and the food was really good, but trust me, its even better in person. The atmosphere is an absolute vibe and the service from Rafael was quick and super nice. Thanks Rafael!

The queso is amazing. My favorite tacos here are the breakfast tacos, served all day. The breakfast burrito is my favorite, just know going in it’s also the least healthy option. Tons of calories, fat, and sodium. But lots of delicious too. The Democrat is another one I really like. Everything is customizable. Can’t go wrong.

She was attentive, knew the menu inside and out, and mixed drinks with precision and personality. It’s rare to find a bartender who can balance efficiency with genuine warmth, but she nailed it.
