Pizza was good and fast. Take-away or eat on the upper deck with a fantastic view of Lake Superior. Ordered Titania pizza. This is a re-build after a fire so indoor seating is in the works.

Solid execution on the pizza. It’s a less substantial crust than most wood fired pizzas, and that is just fine. Sauce is simple and effective, tastes to me like a legit San Marzano or equivalent without a lot of dressing up. Good proportions of ingredients, good menu design. And the custard is also excellent.
