My husband and I visited Sancho Restaurant this past Saturday with our best friends while visiting from Texas to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and what a wonderful experience it was. This place is truly a hidden gem.
The ambiance was fantastic, warm, inviting, and perfect for a special occasion. The food was exceptional and absolutely delicious, and the service was just as impressive. The entire staff was attentive and welcoming, and our waitress Claudia was outstanding, incredibly attentive, kind, and on top of everything all night.
The only small hiccup was with the reservation system through Google. Although it showed as confirmed, it didn’t actually go through. We were advised that next time it’s best to call the restaurant directly. That said, the team was so accommodating and gracious that they made room for us without any issue, which we truly appreciated.
Everything else was perfect, from the food to the service to the overall experience. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Sancho to anyone looking for great food and a memorable dining experience in Miami.

Saying goodbye to 2025 at Sancho Restaurant was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The process began with the reservation, flawlessly coordinated by Yipsy, who was exceptional. She took the time to walk us through every detail with clarity, patience, and genuine care. Her coordination and attention to detail set the tone well before we even arrived.
When we got there, our group of 14, including kids, was warmly welcomed, and everything was perfectly prepared ahead of our arrival. The service was professional and attentive; our server was knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the evening, explaining everything clearly and managing the group effortlessly.
The food was delicious, the atmosphere was inviting, and the live music added the perfect touch. We spent the last three hours of 2025 surrounded by great energy, great vibes, and great people.
This level of experience doesn’t happen by accident, it’s the result of strong coordination and leadership behind the scenes, and Yipsy truly delivered. I highly recommend this place and will absolutely be coming back.

Patatas bravas were just okay. The star of the show was the paella. Fun environment, the music was definitely too loud to hold a conversation. Wish cola drinks were fountain drinks and not from the can.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. The Monday $12.99 for paella is a LIE. My poor father went to purchase this special and was told it no longer exists until NEXT year. Your restaurant took advantage of two people. Unacceptable. They were told they had to purchase a whole platter for over $100. When brought it home and opened it, rice was BROWN and seafood tasted frozen like it was not even thawed. Very disappointed in the quality. Never going back.

We spend my dad’s birthday here this week and it was an amazing night! We were served by Rogelio and Ypsy, they made sure our experience was one to remember by their constant attention to detail and an amazing. For big parties I recommend sharing the Cochinillo as it can serve a lot of people and comes with an amazing show. I would recommend for any special events coming up Thank you so much Sancho for the great evening!
