Quite spacious inside with a big parking lot, given that it’s smack dab in downtown Dallas by I-35 overpasses & only about a mile from the Dilley Plaza where Pres JFK was assassinated. More tables & seating areas than expected. The modern country music really sets the Texas tone here. Makes it feel less urban & more of a Texas welcome. Usually kiosks to self-order. Staff was quick, efficient, & friendly. Relatively clean. Must ask the staff to unlock the restroom, if you want to use it. All drinks, napkins, condiments, & utensils are only available upon request. Seems like this is how McD’s in busy urban areas now have it, which is understandable given the area but inconvenient for me.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s recently. I ordered chicken strips, but unfortunately, they were served undercooked and raw inside. This completely ruined my meal and raised serious concerns about food safety and quality control at this location.
Not only was it unappetizing, but it also felt like a complete waste of both my money and time. I expected better standards from a major brand like McDonald’s, especially when it comes to properly cooked food.
I hope management reviews this incident seriously and takes the necessary steps to ensure food is prepared safely and thoroughly. It would also be appreciated if they addressed this situation appropriately with customers who experience issues like this.

Hello, I need to file a complaint because today’s experience was terrible. I ordered a Happy Meal and specifically chose the Hello Kitty toy, but instead I was given a completely different one (Mario Bros). Why even let customers choose if you’re just going to give them whatever you want? On top of that, I also paid for a bottle of water that I never received. How is it possible to charge for something and not even deliver it? It’s disrespectful and shows a complete lack of professionalism. I trusted that everything was correct, and when I realized the mistake, it was already too late to complain at the store. This was extremely disappointing, and I expect at least a response and a proper solution.

I believe that this location is new. The service is horrible and smells of something rotten inside the store. Employee’s at the counter are very rude and just don’t seem to want to be there.

They almost always get my order right and do it promptly, but they have no cocoa/chocolate in their hot mocha. It’s a plain latte. I tried it against another McDonald’s nearby and it’s obvious. When I ask them for some chocolate drizzle they refuse. I’ve come here for 6 months and nothing’s changed.

Spent over 45 minutes in the drive-thru. THEN once I finally got to the window, they didn’t even have my order – all I had was a 20 piece nugget. What a mess!
While I understand that wait times might be longer late at night, this was completely ridiculous especially considering the fact I had placed a mobile order so I could be in and out. You guys need to do something to speed up your service.

Typical McDonald’s nowadays. Don’t expect any level of service. Restrooms are locked here. Took a full minute for an employee to even acknowledge my presence at the counter. When they finally did, I said I’d like to place an order, but really need to use the restroom first. They said they couldn’t find the key. I said can you ask around? They did, and I could hear another employee from the back say “I’m too busy right now.” I just gave up and left.

Unfortunately, this location is lacking in workflow. Employees always seem to be lost or not able to get the order correct. Every order I have received here was prepared wrong.
