I had to wait 6 minutes longer for my order because these 2 kept ignoring me when I’d say “excuse me” to the point some other lady spoke up for me as well. Tryna act like they don’t see us and purposely keeping their heads down when I spoke to them but look at the pic this dumb kid is clearing looking at the camera right? And the whole time I was there he was talking crap about drive thru customers and employees. How embarrassing to be you dude.

I had a really hard day at work today. There was an incident that was my fault, and even though my patient is okay, I felt absolutely terrible and carried a lot of guilt and anxiety afterward. After work, I prayed deeply and sincerely for my patient’s speedy recovery and for peace, then went to pick up my kids from daycare. I was emotionally exhausted and didn’t have it in me to cook, and my son has been asking for Taco Bell for over a week, so I decided to go through the drive-thru.
About an hour after that intense prayer, I placed my order and was helped by Starlite at the first window. She was exceptionally kind, but more than that, she said a few words of reassurance that stopped me in my tracks. It happened so fast, but I truly felt in that moment that God spoke to me through her. Her words were exactly what I needed to hear, at the exact time I needed to hear them, and I felt a deep sense of comfort and peace wash over me, as if God was telling me that everything was going to be okay.
I suffer from severe anxiety and often lose sleep over even the smallest mistakes or inconveniences, so the reassurance she gave me meant more than she could ever know. When I got to the second window to pick up my food, I was so moved that I asked if Starlite could come over so I could thank her personally. I told her how amazing she was and how deeply I appreciated her kindness. Once again, she was reassuring, compassionate, and genuine.
I know not everyone believes in moments like this, but I truly believe Starlite was used as a message from God at a time when I needed it most. She didn’t just take my order. she brought peace to my heart during a very difficult day. I will never forget her kindness. Taco Bell is truly lucky to have her.

Food will be prepared incorrectly. Do not leave before checking everything especially if you order a chalupa. They WILL NOT fry the shell.

This is the best Taco Bell I have ever had. Went last night for late night munchies. Ordered 3 grilled cheese burritos. 2 steak 1 chicken. They were actually the correct size not tiny & the fries were seasoned to perfection whoever was working by themselves mind you, did an excellent job!

Waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru for terrible service, cold food, and a drink without a single ice cube. After reading all the other reviews, it’s obvious that the franchise owner doesn’t care about what happens here. If you’re going to waste your time, you might as well drive a few more miles down the road and skip the drive-thru wait for some hot food.

Update: Every single time I’ve ever come here, the order is screwed up and made horribly thrown together like the employees could care less people are eating this stuff. Is there even a manager? ANY MANAGEMENT? AT ALL? This location could really use some help or to be shut down, ONE OF THE TWO. Update: half of the quesadilla has NOTHING IN IT but a stain of where food SHOULD BE. (SEE PHOTO). Not another customer in sight. Went through the drive thru and got home, and my order was wrong/missing toppings. At this point, I always expect to be disappointed from this place. Sad. Customers are spending MONEY and feeding their families your food!! Please do better!

Took forever to get food pushing 25 minutes after I ordered. There were 6 people waiting for orders or DoorDash deliveries. Seems like they are only serving the drive through over the dine in. The condiments bins for hot sauce were empty. The tables were not clean. When I came in the lights were off in the dinning room. I definitely believe they are understaffed. I frequent this location a few times a month. This is not normal for this location.

Never again! 1st no one at register to welcome in, we ordered on the self order machine. Got our food and this was presented. 4 chili cheese burritos with almost nothing inside. We asked to speak to manager and she says”Whoaw That’s Bad!” Very lordly and unprofessional. They did remake. Very dirty inside. We should have read reviews before coming in as we don’t live in Colorado.
