Chick-fil-a use to be wonderful, nobody ever had attitudes it was always ” my pressure” , however that has changed Mr.Frank is Rude not very customer service friendly doesn’t smile, very ignorant. I spoke to the manager and all he said was ” I’m sorry about that”, there was no ” I’m sorry about that, I’ll speak to him”, me and my family give Chick-fil-A a lot of business, and so does many other people, we deserve better service from workers and managers! The workers will continue to not care and have attitudes if managers don’t fix the issues

Pleasant atmosphere, and the always pleasant staff make it easy to patronize this place.
I have to say that when we asked for the advertised blizzard beverage, we got a float that was only so so. Worst of all, their waffle fries, which are usually quite good, were a bit soft and soggy. We ate at 5:30 PM when the fry machine should be cranking.

I guess service could’ve been a 5 but I had to wait for an extra minute after given my food at the drive thru. I asked for 5 ketchups and 5 salt packs to go with my 12 fried chicken nuggets and Large fries
.I looked in the bag and it had 3 of each. So I was in the far lane with a big truck in the inner lane. I tried to get the attention of a worker but it took a bit while the cars behind me waited . The worker that handed me my food earlier looked puzzled to see me still there. I told her I asked for 5 of those each and the ticket says 3? She tells me there is a limit on the amount. I think the drive thru attendant would let me know that if that was a thing. So I like dipping my Large Fry and 12 nuggets with Ketchup and Im limited to 3??? Also this is what my Large Fry usually looks like but no fast food place ever fills them past a medium amount.

The food was top tier with the chicken strips being amazing.
For the service they brought me my food made it quick while being super friendly!
The atmosphere is a 4/5 while the workers were really funny and matched my energy the tables were a little bit dirty but thats to be expected everywhere

I had a disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A due to the customer service I received from Mariah in the drive-thru. From the moment I pulled up to the speaker, her tone felt dismissive and unprofessional. When I asked a simple question about my order, her responses were short, rude, and made it seem like I was bothering her.
Chick-fil-A is usually known for friendly and attentive service, so this experience was really surprising and frustrating. I hope management addresses this, because encounters like this take away from the positive reputation this location normally has.

Good service, kind workers, but the layout of the restaurant and drive through leave a little to be desired. Challenging to manuver a vehicle. Also be wary of coming in on week days after 3pm; it’s extremely busy with boisterous students who are not shy about making their presence known.

I just love Chick-Fil-A. We decided to have lunch here and made another stop. Again, most Chick-Fil-A’S drive thru is always packed. Your best bet is to order inside, or use the Chick-fil-A app. Your order will be waiting when you pick it up.
My server was friendly. I placed my order and paid. Again I was given my drinks and my table marker to place on the table I sat at.
Before I even got to a table a nice server already had my food ready and in her hands as I was walking towards a table. She asked me where I’d like to sit. I told her and she wiped down my table and handed me my food. Great service and very efficient.
Besides their delicious food, this is one of the reasons I love Chick-Fil-A. The staff is very well trained and friendly, not like Mc Donald’s. The food is consistently good, and I love all the options they offer.
Again, I ordered The Chick-Fil-A Deluxe Meal. I had a choice of three cheeses American, Colby Jack, or Pepper Jack Cheese. I chose Colby Jack. It came with Lettuce, and Tomato, Waffle Fries, and a drink. I got Sweet Tea because I’m in the South. I also ordered their 4pc Chicken Strips which are so delicious especially when you use their dipping sauces. There was plenty of free parking.
The decor was lovely and decorated a little different in each area.
