Average experience! We ordered nachos and the chips tasted stale. I ordered a mango iced tea and they told me the machine was broken and I should order another drink. The service was average, the cleanliness was average, and the food was generic.

I get take out from here allllllll the time and honestly it never misses, I finally decided to go in and sit down at the bar before my movie (wuthering heights) and I’m glad I sat down. I was a little worried idk why, seems like you can’t find places to just chill and get a bite to eat without all the rigmarole but my bartender (and I’m so sorry I forgot her name but it was day time shift on 2/27) she was great! Just kind, quick and provided good service- you would be surprised how hard that is to get. My drinks came out gooooood and quick, food hit the spot (as always) and I headed out. It was great, thanks again!

I normally don’t do Google reviews, but I have to say our dining experience was exceptional. Our server, Jazmyn, was phenomenal! She was pleasant, professional, and very proactive. We never had to ask for anything. She was Extremely attentive to not just our table, but to all of the tables in her section. She definitely made our dining experience so much more enjoyable!!

This is a great place to go for lunch or dinner. Great service and food. I gave it one less star because this chili’s is not as clean as other chili’s that I have been to. The table was sticky and the bathrooms needed a deep cleaning. Still a great deal for the money spent.

We had a great experience. A friendly waitress and we got lucky and sat by a nice lady eating aline and as we talked to her she gave use fancy friendship bracelets.
The food was absolutely perfect. I had the big bite ranch burgers and fries and it was perfect. My friend ordered a special drink that other Chili’s don’t make anymore. We had a fantastic meal and time.

4 stars due to mixed experiences at this location. Tonight the food was good, tables were nice and clean and our server was nice. Service was a little slow and some items were forgotten about for longer than they should have. Dessert was good but tasted a little over cooked and they went way overboard with the chocolate syrup. We like a little dessert with our chocolate syrup, definitely over powering. I have had visits at this location where the service was fast and polite so I can’t drop anymore stars off. Just expect that every visit won’t give the same experience every time. All in all you will get a good meal and any staff that has served me has always been mannered and polite.

Takeout was horrible. Asked for no tomatoes on the burger lady said there was no tomatoes on it even though the menu said there was and it came with tomatoes on it and they forgot the salad in the three for three so I got cold fries brought home to me with nothing to eat except a Dr Pepper what a waste of a $50 gift card

Don’t come here enough. I avoid franchises most of the time, but this Chilli’s has an amazing bartender (Bonnie) who has such an amazing personality and makes a mean old fashioned. Fajitas for two is definitely well worth the money spent. I made for a fun and very delicious meal. Add all of the dips today now have on and it’s just a good time. Also, they have military discounts.

Chili’s has been a destination for myself and my family for several years. A great place for large gatherings with a festive atmosphere. Chili’s dining room becomes exiting when a sizzling platter of fajitas is delivered. We also appreciate the kids menu and the activity menus with crayons. With seven grandchildren we have certainly enjoyed the kid friendly atmosphere. My favorite meal is the Vegetarian Burger with a salad or side of fries.
