Due to personal concerns it has been a while since revisiting this restaurant and location. As I was pleased to experience, nothing has really changed, the food is great and the wait staff are friendly and helpful. It’s nice to know that you can still count on things of quality.

Overall not a bad chain dining experience. Some of the food was a bit too salty (and I am one that typically likes stuff on the salty side) My steak was cooked perfectly and the lobster tail was delicious.

We have eaten at the LongHorn Steakhouse in Waterford Lakes on several occasions and have always been satisfied with the food quality. However, during our most recent order yesterday, we were disappointed with some of the items.
The steak, lobster, and salads we ordered were excellent, as usual. Unfortunately, the stuffed mushrooms and French onion soup were not very good in taste this time. More concerning was the strawberry shortcake dessert. We ordered two of them because we have enjoyed them in the past, but both had rotten strawberries on top. They were completely inedible, and we had to throw them away.
Considering they are nearly $10 each, it was very disappointing to have to discard them. For to-go orders especially, it would be helpful if staff could double-check the quality of the items before packing them.
We wanted to share this feedback so the issue can be addressed.

Longhorn is consistently good. This time out favorite stuffed mushroom appetizer was not available. However, the spinach dip was wonderful and satisfying . My baby back ribs were tender and tasty as usual. The parmesan encrusted chicken was mouth-watering good I enjoyed a Moscow mule from the bar. It was perfectly served in a good sized copper mug

I always enjoy the steak and other food options here and the service is usually really good.
This particular time we had the issue where the meal came 30 seconds after we just got our salads.
Once that happens you feel rushed and the meal just isn’t the same.
That should never happen unless management isn’t watching the kitchen.

Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers Bradenton
Called ahead at 5pm for a party of 10. Was told to come at 645pm. Arrived at 630pm and was told 30-35 min by Hostess. No problem. Waited 45 no contact. Checked in again. Was told another 15-20 minutes. OK… 30 min goes by. no contact. Go up again, now it is 25-30 min to be seated. They ONLY had one table to accommodate 10 people and that table had just been seated as we arrived. Why were we not told this? Why no other options given like sit at two tables close? Why NO follow up or contact with us? We waited at the bar the entire time. So 1 hour and 30 minutes wasted. Spoke with Restaurant Manager Frank Curran that did absolute nothing to try and resolve the issue. …and he saw us waiting at the bar the entire time. No future solution. No “hey give us 5-10 minutes and we will figure it out.” NOTHING!! Went to Coopers Hawk. Was seating in 10 minutes with a Great Experience & Great Food.

Two days in a row, 2 different waiters, halfway our lunch came and asked if we wanted a box to take our leftovers. It is like they rush you to finish and leave.

Food was good, the the service was great. Recommend the soup, chicken bites appetizer, the broccoli, and the strawberry and cream dessert all were wonderful. The new garlic lemon was bit too saltly for me personally but everything else was good according to my family. Our waiter was Dadrian and he was funny and really awesome. We had a great time!

The food came out super fast, our waitress was extremely friendly and kind. In our table there was someone who didn’t speak English and she was super friendly and kind to wait for us to translate and explain the menu.
The plates are huge so if you don’t eat much you can consider sharing with someone or taking it home.

My daughter-in-law wanted to celebrate her 25th birthday at this restaurant. We ended up being a party of 11. waiting time was thirty minutes, which was adequate. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms. Unfortunately, our food did not come out together. Half of the table waited 15 minutes for their food. My medium rare steak did not taste as good as it would have been if I had been hot. -I do not recommend the cold rare steak. However, the asparagus and shrimp on MY entree were delicious. rest of the party had other comments.
