Just so u know…Late nite drive thru has limited menu. No burgers when I went.. Only plain chicken sand, with no toppings or condiments, fries and drinks were available after 2??? My fries were fresh and hot tho!

The was a black tall male guy acting as a mgr with a bad attitude and refused my online order which because I was dinner time which isn’t my fault the app only allows you to order what’s available so I go back thru the drive to try and order off the breakfast menu and I hear on the speaker a male voice getting rude and saying mad crazy stuff in background as the lady is trying to take my order! If you don’t want to work don’t clock in not my fault I was only trying to order a meal. I will be reaching out to corporate about this incident!

We made an online order for breakfast and paid through the app. We showed up through the drive thru (the only people here). We gave our voice code 4 times and the lady could not understand us even after we asked if we could just pull up. They finally let us pull up to show our phone and they said our order didn’t pop up because they didn’t have breakfast burritos. We ordered a replacement and asked how to get a refund for the burrito that was already paid for. The manager wouldn’t speak to us directly and brushed us off saying it shows it was taken off. She didnt take the time to see that the payment already went through. They just pushed us to the next window. Three cars behind us got their food before us and 4 people inside received their food before us. Bad attitude and poor customer service for a 9 am order and not that busy. What else do you expect from Gainesville food service?

I was passing through and decided to stop at McDonald’s for lunch. I didn’t know how to use the kiosk, so I went to the cash register instead. A manager approached me with a rude attitude and asked how she could help. I wish I knew her name.
I told her I wanted a McDouble with no pickles—the value meal. I’m not sure what her problem was, but it seemed like she was dealing with something personally, because her attitude was uncalled for.
While I waited for my order, I looked around and the place was a mess. The floor looked terrible, they were grabbing meat with gloves that didn’t look clean, and employees were walking around like they had nothing to do.
When my order was finally ready, the same manager just dropped my food on the counter with an attitude. I honestly should’ve asked for a refund and said what needed to be said.

My husband ordered me breakfast on the app a bit after 4am and got there around 4:30 to pick it up but was told they were closed and then someone told him that they don’t know when the food will be ready and he couldn’t get a refund because the system is down, which is bullshit, and to bring his receipt back later. He sat in the car and on the app the order changed and it said he had gotten it. He waited until 5:30 when he realized someone unlocked the lobby door and finally was able to pickup the order.

We ordered our food in the drive through and what looked like a manager was at the window. We ordered nuggets but they were dry and hard so we asked for fresh ones. She got mad to the point that she told us to go to the second window. And we waited even longer. So my sister had to go into the restaurant to get our food. This guy that came from the dumpsters is who they decided to give us all food, in the second window after we saw him just walking into the store. I had some under cooked nuggets. My sister asked the manager to go home because she clearly didn’t want to work with her nasty attitude. Horrible service.

Well first (cue mixed race Karen) I ordered a sausage EGG cheese biscuit not a sausage cheese biscuit (could be a honest mistake no biggie) anywaysss to the real point, why does me ordering at the window during non-busy hrs a issue??? Sorry my motorcycle doesn’t get picked up by the sensor.. next time use some better customer service and just order my 3 small things without the sarcastic remarks such as “she’s not going to move anyways so just take her order” yaaa nobody is forcing you to work at McDonald’s and it really WASNT any inconvenience for you, not sure if you were a manager which I assume you were since someone asked you if they could take my order. If you remember me Hi! I hope this review finds you and you fixed the terrible attitude you had :))) have a great day!

No person takes your order, they only have the kiosks. No signs saying so, either. It took 20 minutes of being ignored and another customer to tell us they do not take orders at the registers anymore.
The sign says refills for dine in only, that’s normal and fine. Except there are no drink machines anywhere. Only machine is an ice dispenser. You’re supposed to ask staff for the drink refill, however the staff only interact with customers to hand off food.
Also good to note, this location does not offer receipts or ketchup. They have honey mustard but that is all they would give us.

Waited in the drive thru line which was backed up . Cars were blocking traffic in and out of the parking lot. Decided to go in to get my order because of this. Had done an online order. Waited 30 minutes to get food. The young man working ignored me and helped everyone else. I finally had to just jump in and tell him I was waiting for my order! Very frustrating
