This is one of the few popeys that I actually had a great experience. Valeria and Andres were the highlight of my visit. They made me feel so welcomed and appreciated as a customer. The food came so hot which was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed coming. I will only come here from now on. Those are the best. They deserve a raise!!!!

I love Popeyes chicken, so as my last meal before leaving the US, I decided it would be here. Biggest mistake of my trip!! I really should have looked at the other reviews and pictures because my food was terrible. The chicken was way over cooked to the point the skin was just hard and crunchy. It tasted like its was left on the side then refried. Do yourself a favour, dont waste your time or money. The meal went in the Bin. So disappointed in Popeyes.

Service was slow but that was alright bc they looked short staffed. My biscuits and fries were hard and cold. The Mac and cheese was mushy and slimy like they used too much oil and boiled the noodles too long. I couldn’t even use a fork to pick up the peic3s tjeu were sliding around the little bowl. The chicken was overcooked and I got 5 breasts and 4 wings when I did the build your own meal thing. Not one leg or thigh. I had to throw most of it away. No one in my family wanted any.

This is my neighborhood Popeyes that I visit from time to time. I feel there’s always something going on with this location. Pulled up to a now hiring sign, which was an indication of many things and I honestly should have just left then. I went to the drive-thru to come to a sign that says come inside to place your order. I was hungry, so I decided to park and go inside to place my order. when I received my food, the chicken was the worst I’ve ever had at Popeyes. The chicken was clearly old and it tasted old as well with no seasoning. It was a waste of calories and I regret dining there. I should have just gone with my first instinct. This is a horrible location. Please do better.

I waited 20 minutes for my order got it home, sandwich was missing, fries were cold and shrimp were not tossed in buffalo rub. You aren’t able to get anyone on the phone so went back and was so frustrated just got my missing sandwich. I will never return to this Popeyes. There were no utensils or napkins in the lobby and staff did not put any in the bags several customers were going back to the counter to ask for them. This is by far the worst Popeyes customer service I have ever experienced. I just went to the one in Haines City on Wednesday when you walk in the entire staff greets you! They are constantly checking on your order if you been helped etc…When you receive your food they ask do you need anything additional and they do quality check to make sure nothing is missing. I will go the extra miles and visit that location from now on! My time and others time is very valuable it should be a one and done experience!! Do whatever it takes to get it right the first time!

STOLE MY MONEY – I ordered 16 piece chicken only. They gave me mostly 5-6 small drumsticks in that order. I told them about it so they took the chicken back. They kept it for a long time, I said nevermind give me a refund. The said I had to get a refund on the app. The app doesn’t refund money. They kept my money and the chicken. I got ripped off $34.24.

This place needs new management. I’ve never waited so long at an almost empty drive through. At 8 pm. I don’t know what they’re doing. I like Popeyes but not enough to sit at a drive through for half an hour with only 2 cars in front of me.
