Went through the drive-thru just to order fries. Car before us didn’t pay and left with their food. Casheer charged us for their 20ish dollar meal. Been here plenty of times, Drive-thru is usually rude. Not this time, probably because of the screw up. Tried to get us to get our refund tomorrow because she didn’t know how, had to call her boss, kept us after for like 45 minutes while she figured it out. Boss shouldn’t be leaving people without a manager on staff. Kind of a douchey thing to do. Hire a new manager or promote somebody.

It never fails. Every time we come to this location we get this miserable lady that always gives us an attitude and we leave without our food. This time I captured her picture because it’s getting out of hand. We wanted to order a shake after a certain time because it’s free with a purchase or whatever. Not only did she make us drive around 2 times. Both times she told us she can’t give us the shake for free and we’d have to pay for it although in the APP it states that it’s free. Her next excuse was that her computer had to reset lol so she couldn’t give it to us for free. But yet she could still take our payment? When we said we will wait, she said you will have to leave and come back and she doesn’t know when the system will be back up. We left and came back a third time, and her excuse was that the system didn’t change over to the “free” setting.???? lol Like this lady was sitting here lying in our face as if neither of us worked in fast food before. She just didn’t want us each to have a free shake. Which I don’t understand why, because you’re not getting paid anymore money per hour to keep people from getting what they want. I can’t believe it’s this tough to get a free shake or food from this place. She picks and chooses who she wants to mess with. And we’re going to corporate with this one.

This is a great location, can be busy at times. I enjoy the milkshakes , burgers and their crispy shoestring fries . Many locations closed but please support this one. Recommend going.

. There is one customer in the dining room. I’m the only person at the counter. There are five workers back there. Preparing about three burgers. There is no reason why I shouldn’t have to wait 5 to 10 minutes without even so much as a hey I will never come back to the store again you better it’s almost as if the customer doesn’t matter, even though we’re the ones who pay Everyone’s paychecks/salaries

Wow! Steak and Shake needs to close the doors and give it up! The food was disgusting, even the beverages were bad! The service was non existent, you can only order from the kiosk! It wasn’t worth 1 penny, much less the $30.00 bucks I paid. I paid for large drinks that I didn’t get because there were no large cups! An absolute waste of time and money. The owner needs to close the doors and give it up!

Warning hair in the food! This is not the steak and shake I grew up with. I almost finished my food to find a black hair in my food. The burger was greasy and off tasting. On top of that self service and it is not what it used to be. I would give 0 stars if I could. Will not visit again.

Mobile ordered and when we got there, we saw signs everywhere saying they don’t have fries, onion rings, or tenders. We ordered and paid for both fries and tenders. There is nowhere on the app to request a refund so the girls working there took my info to put it through in their system – hopefully that comes through. The drive thru is also down and the bathroom was a wreck. The burgers we did receive were wrong and absolutely DRENCHED in garlic sauce to the point where we didn’t even eat them because they were gross. I feel bad for the employees but this place needs to close, you can’t operate a business like this.

I really hate ordering on a machine. Waitresses add to the ambiance. Food was cold even though we picked it up the second it was put on the cold counter. I used to love this place , not so much now but gave points because they now use beef tallow !

Food & shakes were quick.. hot food n cold shakes, all was presented well. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant/bathroom clean..parking lot could have been plowed..but I doubt thts anything to do with the workers tht we saw working. Over all ..★★★★★!!
