Normally, I will walk in and order at the counter, but this morning, I decided to use the drive-thru. I put my order in with a young lady, who was very polite, and then drove around to the first window and paid. I then drove to the second window where I picked my order.
I got home, open my bag and noticed that the egg McMuffin, to me appeared a little smaller than previous egg mcmuffins that I had eaten, and yet, the price of the meal had increased. Obviously, prices have increased along with everything else over the last 4 years of inflation. In any event, this is why I gave the food 4 stars versus 5 Stars. The food tasted great.
This is just my opinion, but I wish businesses would prepare there food like they used to and if they have to charge more, let the customer decide whether they want to buy it or not. Again, personally, I’ve seen too many of the Food industry business downsize their portions and either keep or increase their prices.
This location and its staff are very customer service-oriented, professional and courteous. The food still has the good McDonald’s taste. I just wish the portions were what they used to be.

Our order was wrong, and when we asked if the coffees were correct, the woman said, “idk I didn’t make them.” The older lady with the vest then tried to give us the wrong drinks again. When we asked for them to be remade, she responded, “If you want them re-made you need to wait at the front,” with zero apology or professionalism. She brought the drink at the front window “1 large black coffee” and walked away.
This same employee with the vest is rude every time. 0/10 customer service — major retraining needed and/or new leader altogether.
