Waited 20min on old to have my Togo order taken : was told 7:04 it’ll be ready then wasn’t till 7:24 BUT bread still wasn’t done so waited another 5 min then she didn’t bring butter and took ANOTHER 5 min to bring that out. Get home and all 3 drinks were out of syrup. 2 of the 3 steaks were over cooked . Sat in the car with 2 kids with Covid coughing up a storm and me not feeling great all to call crying (literally) and the manager is just giggling laughing at me and made excuses for everything before offering a remake.
Mind you they didn’t ever respond to the review from last week about the overcooked food . Suppose to be medium and medium rare .
1 weeks ago: Got Togo . And my bf asked for a MR adult steak and bacon and butter on his baked potato and for the kids steak the temp was suppose to be medium . Both came out over cooked . And this is the bacon they gave him ….

Omg.. absolutely AMAZING!. My wife and I are truck drivers and we have been to over 30 longhorns. This one was by far the BEST longhorn we have ever been to! This is what every longhorn should strive to be. From the cook on the steak, flavor profile, mixed drinks, salad, baked potatoes(both sweet and regular), couldn’t have been anymore close to perfect!. Our server TRISTAN was absolutely amazing!! Ask for him when you arrive!. He goes above and beyond expectations!. We will be back as soon as we possibly can! Thank you!!

This location was different from other areas. No broccoli but green beans, so so. Sweet potato was so so. Salmon was not that yummy at this location. We would not go back there. We decided to stop by there after Red Top Mountain State Park.

Food was great! Had the worst experience with my service. Server name Tiffany started off really nice and attentive but when it came to paying things got awful. She ask me if I’m ready I literally say yes I’m ready to check out. I ask the host if she could take my payment she states no it has to be your server. I sit for another 5 minutes and ask the host if I could make the payment at the bar and she states yes I then proceed to go to the bar. The lady at the bar was really nice but she explained she couldn’t take my payment but found”Tiffany” for me. Tiffany states I never seen you pull out your card to pay so I “assumed” you wasn’t ready responding all sassy! I said I know you’re not trying to get an attitude I have tap pay and you never came back to ask so why would you assume. This whole situation caused me to be 15 minutes late from returning to work. I will never eat there again. Longhorn in Rome Ga would never act like this!

Haven’t been to a Longhorn in awhile. Glad to be back! Our waiter was always taking care of us and our food was amazing. I got the 9 count chicken tenders with fries and a Caesar salad. So good it seemed like I couldn’t stop eating!

I love this restaurant and location! Flo’s filet medium with loaded mashed potatoes x2 is my go to. If u want something lighter it’s Parmesan crusted chicken. Salads and burgers are also no fail choices! I’ve been going here for 30+ years! Environmentally it’s romantic and low lit! Enjoy!!!

We visited the Cartersville location for a family members birthday. My boyfriend ordered his steak cooked medium well. When it arrived at the table it was well done. He was not happy but did not return it or say anything to our server. I ordered the Chicken and Strawberry salad. When it arrived, there was no Chicken on it. I made my server aware of the fact and she got me some Chicken. A family member ordered Chicken Fingers/Nuggets. She said there was alot of breading on them. It was rather cool in there and I am not one who normally gets cold.

We had a great experience at this LongHorn. Our food was really good, and even when we had a small hiccup, Manager Ashley A. handled everything with kindness and professionalism. She took care of the situation quickly and made sure we left happy. We really appreciated her hospitality and the excellent service.

This was my first visit to the Longhorn chain. Charming interior with Texas style charm. Super friendly waitress. The food was tasty…but quite heavy on the salt. I was so thirsty after this meal! It’s worth checking this chain out to see if you like it! The Brussels sprouts, steak, and French Onion soup were my faves.
