I visited this location with my family and was such a fun experience. We got the place, found a lot of parking space, easy way to order, got the kids meals and they went ahead to the playground. Omg, their playground is the best! I never went to a McDonalds with a playground like this one. I really recommend this place!

35 minutes to receive our order, then it came out cold and stale. Counter girl was being rude to everyone then started crying and walked away when the energy was matched. The Manager on duty was kind, but stepped in way too late.

I don’t wright reviews and don’t get me wrong the always taste great, and the customer service is good in terms of people and how they treat customers but something is always missing or they didn’t add something to your food and if you sit and check your food yea they fix it no problem but it’s just steady at this McDonald on the nights great people great food just be forgetting stuff regularly

Ordered 2 Ice waters and 1 hamburger. When I pulled up my total was almost $7!!!! I looked at my receipt to see they charged me for 2 sweet teas. I asked and they said thats how it is. I was happy to pay for my waters but over $2 for tap water is insane.

I come to this location about 1-3 times a week and it’s always great service. The staff is always super friendly and they do a good job with the food. I’m usually not a fan of most McDonald’s these days but this one has always done right by me. Just wanna give a shoutout to everyone here, especially the morning and lunch crews!

They need to change their store hours. The dining room doesn’t open up until 7. Drove out of my way just for the hours to be wrong on Google and on the door of the store. Drive through is open though.

Worst service, I ordered a meal on my mobile app and when I got there, the cashier told me there was no order, I gave her my drive thru code and still didn’t find my order, I had to pull up to the next window and the manager told me I didn’t order it on that McDonald’s location, I checked the order twice and told them I was on the right restaurant. At the end of the day they found my order number, and gave me my order, I was right after all.

Main Street mc ds get your shit together. Orders are never right. Fries are always cold. Why would you give me a icey that is already melting. And BBQ sauce is not gold, if you’re going to offer it in your menu since it goes with nuggets maybe you should put it in the freaking bag. And when asked about it you swear it’s there. Mcdonald’s on Main st , Fort Worth bad customer service. Took a long time just to say the ice cream machine was out of service . Then waited another ten minutes or so to finally get my smoothie substitute.
