I stopped by the drive thru yesterday after a long day of work and ordered the snack wrap meal, I ate some of the fries and took a bite of the snack wrap while driving, once I got home I unwrapped the wrap and noticed the chicken is RAW!!!! I immediately threw up, it was really disgusting, opened the other wrap and same situation chicken RAW!! Called the store multiple times and phone is busy, called this morning and phone is still busy nobody answers the damm phone!!! It’s really disgusting and scary to even eat out anymore because u don’t know what u getting !!!
You need to check the quality of your food, make sure your employees are doing their job, this is plain disgusting !!!

On 2/5/26 around 7pm. We went through the drive through to order. We asked for the 40 nugget and 1 fries meal for our family that showed on their menu screen for $18.99. On their check out screen showed the meal come up for $19.59 instead. After letting the young man know about the price difference he insisted the price was the price. After a minute of what would turn out to be nothing but frustration we had to give up. He said no one including the manager can change the price and almost sounded like he didn’t believe us. I wish I would have taken a picture of it but after that kid making every move that should have been a simple transaction, I could not stay there anymore. But I would imagine that sign is still there and still says $18.99.
Your managers should train their employees better. There’s a way this should have been handled and the young kid needs a lesson on customer service. Or maybe just fire him at this point. Would be easier to hire someone with better skills and let him find a job that he doesn’t have to talk to people than train him I think.

I ordered a crispy Mcchicken. When I got it, that’s all there was on the bun. A piece of chicken. My grandson went in to get it taken care of and when he came out, they had plopped some lettuce and mayonnaise on it. It was supposed to just have pickles. I took it home, cleaned it off and put my own
pickles on it. Unfortunately, everything was cold by the time I got home to eat it. I guess better luck next time.

i’m so glad they brought in a diverse team. The hispanic crew was pretty mean and judgmental. The food was either too cold or missing something. I realized they have added a diverse staff and i’m so happy. The last time I went everything was great.

Ordering through the app is a waste. There is no point in curbside. I sat there for 24 minutes waiting for my order. So many cars going through drive through had service faster.

This places is always busy. They like to park alone of there customers/ orders. If u drive for Uber or doordash inside is just as bad waited 35 min for one order for Uber.

I waited over 15 minutes for one crispy hashbrown, a small coffee and a eggmcmuffin. My order number was bumped off the screen , the bag with my ticket number on it was just sitting on a table, while countless orders were being made and being handed out.
When I finally received my food, my egg mcmuffins cheese was not melted and my hash brown was almost cold.
The manger told me he’s sorry I caught them at the end of breakfast. I placed my order at 10:06 and did not receive my order till 10:25. I came way before breakfast was ending, the reciet said we’ll done on the hasbrowns, and they failed. This isn’t the first time. Do not DO NOT go here.

This location never gives you extra sauce even when you pay for it. They have signs up in the drive through telling you the sauce policy stating that extra sauce costs 25 cents. Hold up the line, save your money and just ask them for extra sauce at the pickup window cause that’s the only way you’re getting it.

Edit: I’ve contacted McDonald’s about this problem before. They opened a ticket and never got back to me. A word of advice: Never pay for extra sauce, just ask for it at the last window and hold up the line cause this location clearly doesn’t care about their customers.

This is the worst McDonald’s by far in all of Lee County, they’re the slowest and they have no manners whatsoever. Everytime I come no matter the time of day I can expect a 15 minute wait. Nothing fast food about it, worst part is when I get the food it’s not like it’s fresh or hot it’s slightly warm or not warm at all. Unbelievable

The customer service at this location (#35874) is atrocious. I asked an employee named Leandro (Leo) for a barbecue and sweet&sour sauce and he rolled his eyes and walked away then started doing something else, I then had to ask another employee. It’s also very frustrating that every location pickes and chooses who and when to charge for sauces.
