The food was terrible on the temperature but the fried pickles were the only thing that was appetizing. The fries taste like they were sitting in the back or something. The lemon pepper wings was a good temperature but the honey hot taste like they were sitting. Brock service was amazing but the food not the best. I paid for my food and left his tip. I won’t be back to this location and I just got in off a flight . This is the only reason why I didn’t send it back but I declined when he asked about to go plates. Food wasted but quality isn’t there for me.

The server was pleasant, atmosphere descent, but I was disappointed with asking for a steak well done and did not exactly get what was asked for… Thank you for trying to make it right.. First experience here… sorry it wasn’t a better one..

Two hours to eat dinner. Arrived at 7pm, left at 9pm. Queso and chips took the kitchen 30 minutes and a “sorry it took so long”. We ordered dinner and it took 45 minutes for them to make a club sandwich. Get this…I ordered a Whiskey Sour and the server never heard of it, I gave her the 3 ingredients, and she came back and said, “The bar did their best”. LOL!!! THE most basic Whiskey drink on Earth and “WHISKEY” is in YOUR NAME. LOL! We asked our server if they were always this slow, that it had taken a total of over an hour to get Queso and a club sandwich. The shame is, the food was fantastic. Seriously. It was a special night our for my wife and I, we were in a great mood and having fun and this just killed the night. No manager visit, nobody seemed to give a flip to be honest. Great atmosphere, food taste was outstanding, quality stuff, but I don’t know about everything else.

Hit or miss on the food. Tonight it was cold. Service is always terrible at Big Whiskeys. Seems to be across all locations. Tonight my sandwich came out with fries and no sauce was brought out. Server came by a couple minutes later and asked if we needed anything. I asked for sauce for my fries. Continued to wait and it seems like I was forgotten because I finished my sandwich before he returned to the table. Still no sauce. I asked for a To Go box. He brought the boxes and came back with my sauce shortly after. I was in a hurry I will note that. This is not the place to go if you are in a hurry. I wouldn’t have wrote a review tonight if this was not the second time this has happened with sauce at this restaurant. I came a while back. Same thing. Did not get any sauce until after I nearly finished my meal. The server was nice and honestly probably over worked. Didn’t want to affect his tip in any type way. He’s just doing his best. In my opinion there’s a management/company issue with the lack of servers, and possibly training surrounding no sauces being brought out with fries.

First time at Big Whiskey’s. I would certainly go back. I give this place 3.5 stars. Better than average but not outstanding. An interesting menu with some other dishes I would like to try. I started with a garlic parmigiana chicken with steam veggies. The chicken was delicious. The steam veggies were lacking flavor. They should switch these for roasted-ensuring they had a tasty healthy option.

I travelled into town for work and found myself out on my own, but within minutes of sitting at the bar I felt completely at ease and welcomed. Cassandra, the bartender, was an absolute delight — friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the experience special. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she has a real gift for making people feel comfortable and included. What started as a quiet solo drink turned into a really enjoyable evening. I’ll definitely be back.

We went on a Friday night so it was busy, we had 45-60 minute wait to be seated. The atmosphere was nice, the people were nice. I ordered a Big Western BBQ burger, which I enjoyed. Some of our group ordered steaks that weren’t quite cooked to their requested doneness. Requested medium rare but was cooked to medium well kind of issue. Even though the steak was remade it still came back overcooked. To avoid conflict it wasn’t sent back a second time. Our group was 0/2 on steaks so our takeaway from the experience was to stay away from steaks and we’ll be just fine. Everything else that was ordered came as expected and was enjoyed. Oh, the brownie for dessert was amazing!

Amanda did an exceptional job waiting our table. The food was 10/10. I haven’t been to this location in 7 years. The improvements that have been made are commendable. The food was served quickly, drinks were spot on, and great portions to have leftovers if needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We had a fantastic experience at Big Whisky! Our server, Tori, was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and incredibly customer-focused. She took care of every need and managed our large group of over 30 motorcyclists with ease and professionalism. The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was perfect for our gathering. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend both the restaurant and Tori for anyone looking for great food and outstanding service.

I love Big Whiskey’s. The food is so freaking good, and I would love to order it again. However, every time that I order, something is wrong. I order delivery most often, but I’ll either be missing a drink, my order is prepared wrong, or missing an entire entree in one really special case. I left an opinion on Door dash and wanted to give a fair assessment but after SEVEN failed orders, with something wrong, it is blatantly obvious that it is more negligence than anything. You guys have good food and amazing potential to be the best restaurant in Bentonville, but this is holding you back terribly. I’d like to come back in a few months and see it better, but I fear that I would only be disappointed at this point. That’s my honest to God review.
