We place a large order. Every single salad we ordered was with extra strawberry, extra blueberry, extra apple and bacon , unfortunately every single one was fill with only lettuce. They charge for the extra but no added the extra items. Extremely disappointed

Chick-fil-A doing it up right for breakfast. It’s always nice when there is consistency in the quality no matter which location you choose and Laguna Hills is no exception. I chose the dine in experience this time around and I must say the food is so good when it’s fresh. Chicken Hash brown Scramble, but with spicy chicken Upgrade the extra side of taters for the greek yogurt cookie parfait and you are in business. My taste buds are in heaven.
3/15/24 update: Apparently they are very strict about their breakfast cutoff here. Online says 10:30AM. I rolled into the drive thru at 10:31AM and no exception. Bad experience but oh well.

Excellent service by the staff (Ben and Violet-so courteous and pleasant. Ben actually asked several guests if he could refill their drinks or get them anything.)

I decided to order a chicken salad lunch and had it delivered through a service. The salad has cheese, corn, cherry tomatoes, and beans. The pieces of chicken were fried and crispy. What I didn’t enjoy were that large pieces of lettuce that weren’t too enjoyable trying to eat the larger pieces. The dressing is in small containers which is easy to add to my liking; however, I made the mistake of trying to mix by placing the lid back on to shake….. it opened and I had a small spill.

Recently visited and had the Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Pepper Jack cheese. The combo comes with a choice of side (I had waffle fries) and a fountain drink. The meal was tasted great and hope to return soon. The tab with tax was close to $12. Friendly and attentive service

Came here for breakfast. Got the Egg White Grill Meal with black coffee and and an extra order of Hash Browns. Enjoyed dining in, restaurant was clean, service was great. If you are looking for a Healthy Breakfast option in a peaceful setting, Chick-fil-A is the place to go. I will definitely be back.

What a crock about supporting the military here in So OC. No military discount at all. No toys in the kids meals like other Chick’s. Your kid gets some stickers that are not even educational. You as a customer are an afterthought by the money worshiping franchise. Chick nuggets were soggy and lukewarm. If you dine in you have to cross the drive thru traffic line and we know how in-attentive some drivers are. This location is at the bottom of the pile by a wide margin.

I am thoroughly disappointed with Chicfila for selling rotten chicken salads without regard. My family ate here approx 1x week for years because of the perceived “high” quality food. I purchased a southwest chicken salad for lunch. When I got to the office, I noticed a weird brownish/greenish slime in the sealed plastic salad container. The foul smell and sight of rotting juices made me nauseous. I kept my receipt, the bag, and sealed condiments to return. The next day, I returned for a credit and to show the manager the pictures of what I had sold. I was treated horribly by the night shift manager, who refused to make accommodations or even acknowledge that they sold me food that could result in salmonella poisoning. One of the young cashiers was appalled by how I was treated and what was sold. I am so disappointed by this whole experience and will never refer this fast food establishment to anyone. They don’t care if they sell you packaged salmonella. Eat at your own risk!!
