This location always has panhandlers asking for money and food. I was approached while in the drive-thru line by one person asking for money, then approached by another while I was parked and waiting for my food. The first person has approached me several times at this location in the past. I have complained to the manager, who claims the cops are called but just don’t come out. It’s very uncomfortable and startling when people pop up at your window while you’re just trying to order food. Then they get upset if you say no. The amount of times I’ve been confronted at this store is ridiculous.

We waited nearly 30 minutes for this. Order time 7:32 food didn’t come until after 7:50 and this is what they brought us. Old fries, over cooked/burnt sandwiches, and insanely sloppy… even for a fast food place.

The Chips Ahoy frappe was amazing!!! The 2nd time I ordered I added chocolate syrup and I definitely recommend either way just try it while ya can!!!!

I hardly go there anymore, sometimes you’re sitting at the drive thru and no one acknowledges you for so long you think their closed. Flip a coin to see if your food will be hot or cold,, regardless you will be given your food either way smh

DRIVE AWAY!
Ordered two burgers. It took 25 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got our food. Then, neither of the burgers were warm or even assembled in their boxes. If McDonalds served burger salds, I imagine this is what that would look like. The lady working the front counter was nice and apologetic for the wait. The rest of the staff were yelling at each other and loudly talking about personal drama. The restaurant itself was dirty with no clean tables, and the bathrooms were dirty as well.
If Google would let me, this facility would get zero stars.

They messed up my order the first time which resulted in me having to return back to the location to have my food corrected or so i thought. First go round, my bread was hard as a brick. then, I got home the second time to discover that my bread is burnt. Apparently y’all don’t care about y’all’s food quality but I damn sure do especially with the fact that we spent our hard earned money to eat here to keep y’all’s business going. Employees have nasty attitudes every time we go. Highly unprofessional. WILL NOT RETURN!

McDonald’s on broad st. It’s not always a pleasant place. Our meals are often wrong or misplaced with someone else order. The one thing I do like is if you prove your order was wrong they will RESPECTFULLY REPLACE it With NO ARGUMENTS!!!!

The person in the drive thru looked unhappy and did not speak when he handed me my food. The fries were hard and were only lukewarm. The bread on the double cheeseburgers was also hard around the edges. I suggest you go somewhere else for your food if that is an option.

Be prepared to hurry up and wait if your hungry because after the 30 minute wait in the drive thru you’ll be surprised to hear that the ice cream machine/frappuccino machine/shake machine are all broken. But you can almost substitute the food for the cold food stuffs because the food is colder than the ice cream would have been.
